Messenger of Allah (S) said: "As-Salat is two and two, with a Tashahhud for every two Rakʿah, with humility, imploring, having a sense of tranquility, pleading and showing helplessness and stretching out your hand" - he said: raising them - "to your Lord, with the insides of them facing your face, saying: 'O Lord! O Lord! And whoever does not do this, then it is like this or that."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ الصَّلاَةُ مَثْنَى مَثْنَى تَشَهَّدُ فِي كُلِّ رَكْعَتَيْنِ وَتَخَشَّعُ وَتَضَرَّعُ وَتَمَسْكَنُ وَتَذَرَّعُ وَتُقْنِعُ يَدَيْكَ يَقُولُ تَرْفَعُهُمَا إِلَى رَبِّكَ مُسْتَقْبِلاً بِبُطُونِهِمَا وَجْهَكَ وَتَقُولُ يَا رَبِّ يَا رَبِّ وَمَنْ لَمْ يَفْعَلْ ذَلِكَ فَهُوَ كَذَا وَكَذَا

عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ الصَّلَاةُ مَثْنَى مَثْنَى تَشَهَّدُ فِي كُلِّ رَكْعَتَيْنِ وَتَضَرَّعُ وَتَخَشَّعُ وَتَسَاكَنُ ثُمَّ تُقْنِعُ يَدَيْكَ يَقُولُ تَرْفَعُهُمَا إِلَى رَبِّكَ مُسْتَقْبِلًا بِبُطُونِهِمَا وَجْهَكَ وَتَقُولُ يَا رَبِّ يَا رَبِّ ثَلَاثًا فَمَنْ لَمْ يَفْعَلْ ذَلِكَ فَهِيَ خِدَاجٌ قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ هَذَا هُوَ عِنْدِي الصَّوَابُ

[Machine] From the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, he said: "The prayer is performed in pairs, with a testimony in each two units of prayer, and with supplication, humility, and devotion. You should hold firmly and submit with your hands, raising them towards your Lord, facing Him. You should say, 'O Lord, O Lord.' Whoever does not do that, he is deceiving."

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The prayer is in pairs, in pairs. You should give the testimony in every two cycles [rak'ahs], then supplicate, humble yourself, hold yourself back, and raise your hands, saying, 'I seek guidance through them to face You [Allah].' And saying, 'O Lord, O Lord.' So whoever does not do this, it is a deficiency, Shu'bah differed regarding its chain of narration."
