[Machine] A woman came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ with a black slave woman and said, "O Messenger of Allah, I have a believing slave woman. Should I free her?" The Messenger of Allah ﷺ asked her, "Who is your Lord?" She replied, "Allah is my Lord." He asked her, "What is your religion?" She said, "Islam." He asked her, "Who am I?" She replied, "You are the Messenger of Allah." Then he said to her, "So pray the five daily prayers and believe in what I have brought from Allah." She said, "Yes." Then he slapped her on the back and said, "Free her."  

البيهقي:١٥٢٦٩ – وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ نا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الْحَافِظُ نا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ زُهَيْرٍ نا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْحَارِثِيُّ نا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ نا أَبُو مَعْدَانَ الْمِنْقَرِيُّ يَعْنِي عَامِرَ بْنَ مَسْعُودٍ نا عَوْنُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُتْبَةَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي عَنْ جَدِّي قَالَ

جَاءَتِ امْرَأَةٌ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ بِأَمَةٍ سَوْدَاءَ فَقَالَتْ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ إِنَّ عَلَيَّ رَقَبَةً مُؤْمِنَةً أَفَتُجْزِئُ عَنِّي هَذِهِ؟ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَنْ رَبُّكِ؟ قَالَتْ اللهُ رَبِّي قَالَ فَمَا دِينُكِ؟ قَالَتْ الْإِسْلَامُ قَالَ فَمَنْ أَنَا؟ قَالَتْ أَنْتَ رَسُولُ اللهِ قَالَ فَتُصَلِّينَ الْخَمْسَ وَتُقِرِّينَ بِمَا جِئْتُ بِهِ مِنْ عِنْدِ اللهِ؟ قَالَتْ نَعَمْ فَضَرَبَ ﷺ عَلَى ظَهْرِهَا وقَالَ أَعْتِقِيهَا

Al-Dhahabi omitted mentioning it in his summarization.

[Machine] The messenger of Allah ﷺ was visited by a woman accompanied by a servant who was black. The woman said, "O messenger of Allah, I have a believing slave whom I am responsible for. Can I free her?" The messenger of Allah ﷺ asked her, "Where is Allah?" She replied, "In the heavens." He asked her, "Who am I?" She answered, "You are his messenger." He then asked her, "Do you bear witness that there is no god but Allah and that I am the messenger of Allah?" She said, "Yes." He asked her, "Do you believe in what has come from Allah?" She replied, "Yes." He said, "Free her, as she is a believer."  

الطبراني:١٨٥٩١ – حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَانُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ ثنا الْجَرَّاحُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ الْجَزَرِيُّ ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عَنْبَسَةَ الْقَطَّانُ ثنا أَبُو مَعْدَانَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عَوْنَ بْنَ أَبِي جُحَيْفَةَ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ

أَتَتْ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ امْرَأَةٌ وَمَعَهَا جَارِيَةٌ سَوْدَاءُ فَقَالَتِ الْمَرْأَةُ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ إِنَّ عَلَيَّ رَقَبَةً مُؤْمِنَةً أَفَتُجِزِئُ عَنِّي هَذِهِ فَقَالَ لَهَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «أَيْنَ اللهُ؟» قَالَتْ فِي السَّمَاءِ قَالَ «فَمَنْ أَنَا؟» قَالَتْ أَنْتَ رَسُولُهُ قَالَ «أَتَشْهَدِينَ أَنَّ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ وَأَنِّي رَسُولُ اللهِ» قَالَتْ نَعَمْ قَالَ أَتُؤْمِنِينَ بِمَا جَاءَ مِنْ عِنْدِ اللهِ؟ قَالَتْ «نَعَمْ» قَالَ «أَعْتِقِيهَا فَإِنَّهَا مُؤْمِنَةٌ»

[Machine] A woman came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ with a black servant and said, "O Messenger of Allah ﷺ, I have a faithful slave. Can I free her?" The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Who is your Lord?" She said, "Allah is my Lord." He said, "What is your religion?" She said, "Islam." He said, "Who am I?" She said, "You are the Messenger of Allah." He said, "Do you testify that I am the Messenger of Allah?" She said, "Yes, I testify that you are the Messenger of Allah." He said, "Do you pray the five prayers?" She said, "Yes." He said, "Do you fast in Ramadan?" She said, "Yes." He said, "Do you affirm what came from Allah?" She said, "Yes." He then struck her on the back and said, "Set her free, for she has been freed for you."  

الطبراني:١٤٤٦٧ – حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ زُهَيْرٍ التُّسْتَرِيُّ ثَنَا أَبُو الرَّبِيعِ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ ثَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ ثَنَا أَبُو مَعْدَانَ الْمِنْقَرِيُّ ثَنَا عَوْنُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي عَنْ جَدِّي قَالَ

جَاءَتِ امْرَأَةٌ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ بِأَمَةٍ سَوْدَاءَ فَقَالَتْ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ إنَّ عَلَيَّ رَقَبَةً مُؤْمِنَةً فَتُجْزِئُ عَنِّي هَذِه؟ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «مَنْ رَبُّكِ؟» قَالَتْ اللهُ رَبِّي قَالَ «فَمَا دِينُكِ؟» قَالَتْ الْإِسْلَامُ قَالَ «فَمَنْ أَنَا؟» قَالَتْ أَنْتَ رَسُولُ اللهِ قَالَ «فَتَشْهَدِينَ أَنِّي رَسُولُ اللهِ؟» قَالَتْ نَعَمْ أَشْهَدُ أَنَّك رَسُولُ اللهِ قَالَ «وَتُصَلِّينَ الْخَمْسَ؟» قَالَتْ نَعَمْ قَالَ «وَتَصُومِينَ رَمَضَانَ؟» قَالَتْ نَعَمْ قَالَ «وَتُقِرِّينَ بِمَا جَاءَ مِن عِنْدِ اللهِ؟» قَالَتْ نَعَمْ قَالَ فَضَرَبَ عَلَى ظَهْرِهَا وَقَالَ «أَعْتِقِيهَا فَقَدْ أَجْزَأَتْ عَنْكِ»

"I came to the Messenger of Allah and said: 'My mother left a will saying that a slave should be freed on her behalf. I have a Nubian slave girl; will it suffice if I free her on her behalf?' He said: 'Bring her here.' The Prophet said to her: 'Who is your Lord?' She said: 'Allah.' He said: 'Who am I?' She said: 'The Messenger of Allah.' He said: 'Set her free , for she is a believer.'" البيهقي:١٥٢٧٢ – وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ الْمُزَكِّي نا حَمْزَةُ بْنُ الْعَبَّاسِ بْنِ الْفَضْلِ الضُّبَعِيُّ نا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الدُّورِيُّ نا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ هِشَامُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ نا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ عَنِ الشَّرِيدِ بْنِ سُوَيْدٍ الثَّقَفِيِّ قَالَ

قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ إِنَّ أُمِّي أَوْصَتْ إِلِيَّ أَنْ أَعْتِقْ عَنْهَا رَقَبَةً وَإِنَّ عِنْدِي جَارِيَةً سَوْدَاءَ نُوبِيَّةً فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ ادْعُ بِهَا فَقَالَ مَنْ رَبُّكِ؟ قَالَتْ اللهُ قَالَ فَمَنْ أَنَا؟ قَالَتْ رَسُولُ اللهِ قَالَ أَعْتِقْهَا فَإِنَّهَا مُؤْمِنَةٌ
