[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Whoever brings life to a dead land, for him is the reward of what the living beings have eaten, and it is a form of charity for him." And Abu Abdullah Al-Hafiz and Abu Saeed bin Abi Amr reported to us, they said: Abu Abbas narrated to us, he said: Ahmed bin Abdul Jabbar narrated to us, he said: Abu Muawiya informed us from Hisham, from Ubaidullah bin Abdul Rahman bin Rafi, from Jabir bin Abdullah, he said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "He mentioned it to me except that it is a form of charity for him." And Hammad bin Zaid narrated it from Hisham, from Wahb bin Kaysan, from Jabir, and Abu Hassan Al-Muqri informed us, and Al-Hasan bin Muhammad bin Ishaq narrated to us, Yusuf bin Ya'qub narrated to us, Muhammad bin Ubaid narrated to us, Hammad bin Zaid narrated to us, Hisham bin Urwah mentioned it, except that he said: "And it is for him." And Abu Hassan Al-Muqri informed us, Al-Hasan bin Muhammad bin Ishaq narrated to us, Yusuf bin Ya'qub narrated to us, Abdul Wahid bin Ghayath narrated to us, Hammad bin Salama narrated to us, from Abu Al-Zubair, from Jabir, that the Prophet ﷺ mentioned it in a similar Hadith to the Hadith of Abu Muawiya from Hisham, with the addition of birds and wild animals.

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ مَنْ أَحْيَا أَرْضًا مَيْتَةً فَلَهُ فِيهَا أَجْرُ مَا أَكَلَتِ الْعَافِيَةُ فَهُوَ لَهُ صَدَقَةٌ 11815 وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ وَأَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو قَالَا ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْجَبَّارِ ثنا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ عَنْ هِشَامٍ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ رَافِعٍ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فَذَكَرَهُ زَادَ مِنْهَا فَهُوَ لَهُ صَدَقَةٌ 11816 وَرَوَاهُ حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ عَنْ هِشَامٍ عَنْ وَهْبِ بْنِ كَيْسَانَ عَنْ جَابِرٍ أَخْبَرَنَاهُ أَبُو الْحَسَنِ الْمُقْرِئُ أنبأ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ ثنا يُوسُفُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ ثنا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ ثنا هِشَامُ بْنُ عُرْوَةَ فَذَكَرَهُ إِلَّا أَنَّهُ قَالَ فَهِيَ لَهُ 11817 وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ الْمُقْرِئُ أنبأ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ ثنا يُوسُفُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ بْنُ غِيَاثٍ ثنا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ فَذَكَرَهُ بِمِثْلِ حَدِيثِ أَبِي مُعَاوِيَةَ عَنْ هِشَامٍ زَادَ يَعْنِي الطَّيْرَ وَالسِّبَاعَ

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ commanded us to do seven things and prohibited us from doing seven things. He commanded us to visit the sick, follow the funeral processions, spread peace, respond to the caller for help, say "May Allah have mercy on you" to a person who sneezes, support the oppressed, fulfill promises, and prohibited us from drinking from silver vessels because whoever drinks from them in this world will not drink from them in the hereafter. He also prohibited us from sealing things with gold, riding on silk saddles, wearing silk and wool together, wearing silk and brocade, and using yellow dye. Abu Abdullah al-Hafiz informed us that Abu al-Walid narrated to us that Ali ibn Zatiya informed us that Uthman ibn Abi Shaybah informed him that Jarir narrated to him from Al-Shaibani, and he mentioned it with its meaning.

أَمَرَنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ بِسَبْعٍ وَنَهَانَا عَنْ سَبْعٍ أَمَرَنَا بِعِيَادَةِ الْمَرِيضِ وَاتِّبَاعِ الْجَنَائِزِ وَإِفْشَاءِ السَّلَامِ وَإِجَابَةِ الدَّاعِي وَتَشْمِيتِ الْعَاطِسِ وَنَصْرِ الْمَظْلُومِ وَإِبْرَارِ الْقَسَمِ وَنَهَانَا عَنِ الشُّرْبِ فِي الْفِضَّةِ؛ فَإِنَّهُ مَنْ يشْرَبْ فِيهَا فِي الدُّنْيَا لَا يَشْرَبُ فِيهَا فِي الْآخِرَةِ وَعَنِ التَّخَتُّمِ بِالذَّهَبِ وَرُكُوبِ الْمَيَاثِرِ وَلِبَاسِ الْقِسِّيِّ وَالْحَرِيرِ وَالدِّيبَاجِ وَالْإِسْتَبْرَقِ 6068 وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ زَاطِيَّا ثنا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ثنا جَرِيرٌ ثنا الشَّيْبَانِيُّ فَذَكَرَهُ بِمَعْنَاهُ

[Machine] "He said that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade the selling of animals for animals, considering it as a form of riba (usury)."

أَنَّهُ قَالَ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَنْ بَيْعِ الْحَيَوَانِ بِالْحَيَوَانِ نَسِيئَةً وَكَذَلِكَ

[Machine] He informed him that he heard Saad bin Abi Waqqas saying that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ prohibited selling fresh dates with dried dates. And Abu Al-Hassan bin Abdan narrated to us that Ahmad bin Ubayd informed us that Hisham bin Ali narrated to him from Abdullah bin Raja'a, from Harb, from Yahya, from Abdullah bin Yazid, he mentioned it in a similar way. Abu Abdur Rahman Al-Salmi and Abu Bakr bin Al-Harith Al-Faqeeh narrated to us that Abu Al-Hassan Al-Daraqutni Al-Hafiz said: Malik, Ismail bin Umayyah, Dahhak bin Uthman, and Usama bin Zaid differed with him, and they narrated it from Abdullah bin Yazid without mentioning any disapproval. أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ سَعْدَ بْنَ أَبِي وَقَّاصٍ يَقُولُ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَنْ بَيْعِ الرُّطَبِ بِالتَّمْرِ نَسِيئَةً 10561 وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ بْنُ عَبْدَانَ أنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ ثنا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ رَجَاءٍ ثنا حَرْبٌ عَنْ يَحْيَى ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ يَزِيدَ فَذَكَرَهُ بِنَحْوِهِ 10562 أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ السُّلَمِيُّ وَأَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ الْفَقِيهُ قَالَا ثنا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ الدَّارَقُطْنِيُّ الْحَافِظُ قَالَ خَالَفَهُ مَالِكٌ وَإِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ أُمَيَّةَ وَالضَّحَّاكُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ وَأُسَامَةُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ رَوَوْهُ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ وَلَمْ يَقُولُوا فِيهِ نَسِيئَةً وَاجْتِمَاعُ هَؤُلَاءِ الْأَرْبَعَةِ عَلَى خِلَافِ مَا

[Machine] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, "Taking oaths excessively is a depletion of goods and a destruction of blessings." Abu Abdullah Al-Hafiz informed us that I am Abu Bakr ibn Ishaq the jurist, and I am Ahmad ibn Ibrahim. Yahya ibn Bukair narrated it to me and mentioned it in a similar manner, except that he attributed it to Ibn Musayyib and said, "A destruction of blessings."

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ الْحَلِفُ مَنْفَقَةٌ لِلسِّلْعَةِ مَمْحَقَةٌ لِلرِّبْحِ 10407 وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْفَقِيهُ أنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ بُكَيْرٍ فَذَكَرَهُ بِنَحْوِهِ إِلَّا أَنَّهُ قَالَ عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ وَقَالَ مَمْحَقَةٌ لِلْبَرَكَةِ
