[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: Disowning lineage is a form of disbelief, even if it is out of denying or falsely claiming a lineage that is not known.  

أحمد:٧٠١٩ – حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَاصِمٍ عَنِ الْمُثَنَّى بْنِ الصَّبَّاحِ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ كُفْرٌ تَبَرُّؤٌ مِنْ نَسَبٍ وَإِنْ دَقَّ أَوِ ادِّعَاءٌ إِلَى نَسَبٍ لَا يُعْرَفُ

الدارمي:٢٩٠٣ – حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُرَّةَ عَنْ أَبِي مَعْمَرٍ عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرٍ الصِّدِّيقِ قَالَ

«كُفْرٌ بِاللَّهِ ادِّعَاءٌ إِلَى نَسَبٍ لَا يُعْرَفُ وَكُفْرٌ بِاللَّهِ تَبَرُّؤٌ مِنْ نَسَبٍ وَإِنْ دَقَّ»
