[Machine] "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ was at the house of Maimuna, so I prepared him a water for ablution at night. Maimuna said to him, 'This is for you, Abdullah ibn Abbas.' He then said, 'O Allah, grant him understanding in religion and teach him interpretation.'"
كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فِي بَيْتِ مَيْمُونَةَ فَوَضَعْتُ لَهُ وَضُوءًا مِنَ اللَّيْلِ فَقَالَتْ لَهُ مَيْمُونَةُ وَضَعَ لَكَ هَذَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عَبَّاسٍ فَقَالَ اللهُمَّ فَقِّهُّ فِي الدِّينِ وَعَلِّمْهُ التَّأْوِيلَ
[Machine] The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ was in the house of Maymuna, and I prepared water for him at night. Maymuna said, "O Messenger of Allah, Abdullah ibn Abbas has prepared this water for you." The Prophet then said, "O Allah, grant him understanding in religion and teach him interpretation."
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ كَانَ فِي بَيْتِ مَيْمُونَةَ فَوَضَعْتُ لَهُ وَضُوءًا مِنَ اللَّيْلِ قَالَ فَقَالَتْ مَيْمُونَةُ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ وَضَعَ لَكَ هَذَا عَبْدُاللهِ بْنُ عَبَّاسٍ فَقَالَ اللهُمَّ فَقِّهُّ فِي الدِّينِ وَعَلِّمْهُ التَّأْوِيلَ
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ was in the house of Maymuna, so she set out water for him. Maymuna said to him, "Abdullah ibn Abbas has set out water for you." He then said, "O Allah, grant him understanding of the religion and teach him interpretation."
كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ فِي بَيْتِ مَيْمُونَةَ فَوَضَعَتْ لَهُ وَضُوءًا فَقَالَتْ لَهُ مَيْمُونَةُ وَضَعَ لَكَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْعَبَّاسِ وَضُوءًا فَقَالَ «اللَّهُمَّ فَقِّهْهُ فِي الدِّينِ وَعَلِّمْهُ التَّأْوِيلَ»
[Machine] I was at the house of Maymuna bint Al-Harith, where I prepared water for the Messenger of Allah ﷺ for ablution. He asked, "Who prepared this?" Maymuna replied, "Abdullah did." He then said, "O Allah, grant him understanding of the religion and teach him how to interpret."
كُنْتُ فِي بَيْتِ مَيْمُونَةَ بِنْتِ الْحَارِثِ فَوَضَعْتُ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ طَهُورًا فَقَالَ «مَنْ وَضَعَ هَذَا؟ » قَالَتْ مَيْمُونَةُ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ فَقَالَ ﷺ «اللَّهُمَّ فَقِّهْهُ فِي الدِّينِ وَعَلِّمْهُ التَّأْوِيلَ»
[Machine] I was at the house of Maymunah bint al-Harith and I prepared ablution for the Prophet ﷺ . The Prophet ﷺ asked, "Who did this?" Maymunah said, "Abdullah did it." The Prophet ﷺ then said, "O Allah, teach him interpretation and grant him understanding in religion."
كُنْتُ فِي بَيْتِ مَيْمُونَةَ بِنْتِ الْحَارِثِ فَوَضَعْتُ لِلنَّبِيِّ ﷺ وَضُوءًا فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ «مَنْ وَضَعَ هَذَا؟» فَقَالَتْ مَيْمُونَةُ وَضَعَهُ عَبْدُ اللهِ فَقَالَ «اللهُمَّ عَلِّمْهُ التَّأْوِيلَ وَفَقِّهْهُ فِي الدِّينِ»
[Machine] “There was a container of water for ablution in the house of Maymunah. The Prophet ﷺ asked, 'Who placed it here?' Ibn Abbas said, 'I did.' The Prophet ﷺ then touched my shoulder and said, 'O Allah, grant him understanding of the religion and teach him interpretation.'"
أَنَّهُ كَانَ فِي بَيْتِ مَيْمُونَةَ فَوَضَعَ لِلنَّبِيِّ ﷺ طَهُورًا فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ «مَنْ وَضَعَهُ؟» قَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَا فَضَرَبَ عَلَى مَنْكِبِي وَقَالَ «اللهُمَّ فَقِّهْهُ فِي الدِّينِ وَعَلِّمْهُ التَّأْوِيلَ»
"كُنْتُ فِى بَيْتِ مَيْمُونَةَ فَوَضَعْتُ لِرَسُولِ الله ﷺ طَهُورَهُ، فَقَالَ: مَنْ وَضَعَ هَذَا؟ فَقَالَتْ مَيْمُونَةُ: عَبْدُ الله، فَقَالَ: اللَّهُمَّ فَقِّهُ فِى الدِّينِ وَعَلِّمْهُ التَّأوِيلَ".
