[Machine] On the authority of Uthman ibn Abi Al-Aas and a woman from the tribe of Qays, they both reported that they heard the Prophet ﷺ saying, "O Allah, forgive my sins, whether committed accidentally or deliberately. O Allah, I seek Your guidance in my affairs and seek refuge in You from the evil within myself."

[Machine] On the authority of Uthman ibn Abi al-Aas and a woman from the Qays tribe, they both heard the Prophet ﷺ say: One of them heard him say, "O Allah, forgive my sins, mistakes, and intentional sins." [Machine] From Uthman bin Abi Al-Aas and a woman from the Quraish, they both heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, "O Allah, forgive me for my sins and transgressions." The other person said, "I heard him saying, 'O Allah, I seek guidance from You for my affairs and seek refuge in You from the evil of myself.'"
