The Messenger of Allah ﷺ came to us all of a sudden as we were ˹busy˺ in a discussion. He said, "What are you discussing?" They said: We are discussing the Last Hour. Thereupon he said, "It will not come until you see ten signs before and he made a mention of the (1) smoke, (2) Dajjal, (3) the beast, (4) the rising of the sun from the west, (5) the descent of Jesus the son of Mary ﷺ, the (6) Gog and Magog, and landslides in three places: (7) one in the east, (8) one in the west, and (9) one in Arabia, at the end of which (10) fire would burn forth from Yemen and would drive people to the place of their assembly.  

اطَّلَعَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ عَلَيْنَا وَنَحْنُ نَتَذَاكَرُ فَقَالَ: «مَا تَذَاكَرُونَ؟» قَالُوا: نَذْكُرُ السَّاعَةَ۔ قَالَ: «إِنَّهَا لَنْ تَقُومَ حَتَّى تَرَوْنَ قَبْلَهَا عَشْرَ آيَاتٍ» فَذَكَرَ (١) الدُّخَانَ، (٢) وَالدَّجَّالَ، (٣) وَالدَّابَّةَ، (٤) وَطُلُوعَ الشَّمْسِ مِنْ مَغْرِبِهَا، (٥) وَنُزُولَ عِيسَى ابْنِ مَرْيَمَ ﷺ، (٦) وَيَأْجُوجَ وَمَأْجُوجَ، وَثَلاَثَةَ خُسُوفٍ: (٧) خَسْفٌ بِالْمَشْرِقِ، (٨) وَخَسْفٌ بِالْمَغْرِبِ، (٩) وَخَسْفٌ بِجَزِيرَةِ الْعَرَبِ، (١٠) وَآخِرُ ذَلِكَ نَارٌ تَخْرُجُ مِنَ الْيَمَنِ تَطْرُدُ النَّاسَ إِلَى مَحْشَرِهِمْ۔»  

We were sitting in the shade of the chamber of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ discussing (something) and when we mentioned the last hour, our voices rose high. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: The last hour will not come or happen until there appear ten signs before it : the rising of the sun in its place of setting, the coming forth of the beast, the coming forth of Gog and Magog, the Dajjal (Antichrist), (the descent of) Jesus son of Mary, the smoke, and three collapses of the earth: one in the west, one in the east, and one in the Arabian Peninsula. The last of that will be the emergence of a fire from Yemen, from the lowest part of Aden, and drive mankind to their place of assembly.  

كُنَّا قُعُودًا نَتَحَدَّثُ فِي ظِلِّ غُرْفَةٍ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ فَذَكَرْنَا السَّاعَةَ فَارْتَفَعَتْ أَصْوَاتُنَا فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ لَنْ تَكُونَ أَوْ لَنْ تَقُومَ السَّاعَةُ حَتَّى يَكُونَ قَبْلَهَا عَشْرُ آيَاتٍ طُلُوعُ الشَّمْسِ مِنْ مَغْرِبِهَا وَخُرُوجُ الدَّابَّةِ وَخُرُوجُ يَأْجُوجَ وَمَأْجُوجَ وَالدَّجَّالُ وَعِيسَى ابْنُ مَرْيَمَ وَالدُّخَانُ وَثَلاَثُ خُسُوفٍ خَسْفٌ بِالْمَغْرِبِ وَخَسْفٌ بِالْمَشْرِقِ وَخَسْفٌ بِجَزِيرَةِ الْعَرَبِ وَآخِرُ ذَلِكَ تَخْرُجُ نَارٌ مِنَ الْيَمَنِ مِنْ قَعْرِ عَدَنَ تَسُوقُ النَّاسَ إِلَى الْمَحْشَرِ  

"The Messenger of Allah ﷺ looked out from a room, when we were talking about the Hour. He said: 'The Hour will not begin until ten signs appear: The rising of the sun from the west (place of its setting); Dajjal; the smoke; the beast; Gog and Magog people; the appearance of 'Eisa bin Maryam(as), the earth collapsing three times - once in the east, one in the west and one in the Arabian Peninsula; and fire that will emerge from the plain of Aden Abyan and will drive the people to the place of Gathering, stopping with them when they stop at night and when they stop to rest at midday."  

اطَّلَعَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ مِنْ غُرْفَةٍ وَنَحْنُ نَتَذَاكَرُ السَّاعَةَ فَقَالَ لاَ تَقُومُ السَّاعَةُ حَتَّى تَكُونَ عَشْرُ آيَاتٍ طُلُوعُ الشَّمْسِ مِنْ مَغْرِبِهَا وَالدَّجَّالُ وَالدُّخَانُ وَالدَّابَّةُ وَيَأْجُوجُ وَمَأْجُوجُ وَخُرُوجُ عِيسَى ابْنِ مَرْيَمَ عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَمُ وَثَلاَثُ خُسُوفٍ خَسْفٌ بِالْمَشْرِقِ وَخَسْفٌ بِالْمَغْرِبِ وَخَسْفٌ بِجَزِيرَةِ الْعَرَبِ وَنَارٌ تَخْرُجُ مِنْ قَعْرِ عَدَنِ أَبْيَنَ تَسُوقُ النَّاسَ إِلَى الْمَحْشَرِ تَبِيتُ مَعَهُمْ إِذَا بَاتُوا وَتَقِيلُ مَعَهُمْ إِذَا قَالُوا  

Messenger of Allah ﷺ came to us all of a sudden as we were (busy in a discussion). He said: What do you discuss about? They (the Companions) said. We are discussing about the Last Hour. Thereupon he said: It will not come until you see ten signs before and (in this connection) he made a mention of the smoke, Dajjal, the beast, the rising of the sun from the west, the descent of Jesus son of Mary (Allah be pleased with him), the Gog and Magog, and land-slides in three places, one in the east, one in the west and one in Arabia at the end of which fire would burn forth from the Yemen, and would drive people to the place of their assembly. [Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ was in a room while we were sitting underneath it. He approached us and asked, "What are you discussing?" We replied, "The Hour." He said, "The Hour will not occur until you see ten signs: The sun rising from the west, the coming of the Beast, the smoke, the Antichrist, the animal, a fire that emerges from the bottom of Aden and drives people away, the descending of Jesus son of Mary, and Gog and Magog. One of the two men said, "The descent of Jesus son of Mary," and the other said, "A wind that will take them to the sea."  

كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فِي غُرْفَةٍ وَنَحْنُ تَحْتَهَا نَتَحَدَّثُ قَالَ فَأَشْرَفَ عَلَيْنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فَقَالَ مَا تَذْكُرُونَ؟ قَالُوا السَّاعَةَ قَالَ إِنَّ السَّاعَةَ لَنْ تَقُومَ حَتَّى تَرَوْنَ عَشْرَ آيَاتٍ خَسْفٌ بِالْمَشْرِقِ وَخَسْفٌ بِالْمَغْرِبِ وَخَسْفٌ فِي جَزِيرَةِ الْعَرَبِ وَالدُّخَانُ وَالدَّجَّالُ وَالدَّابَّةُ وَطُلُوعُ الشَّمْسِ مِنْ مَغْرِبِهَا وَيَأْجُوجُ وَمَأْجُوجُ وَنَارٌ تَخْرُجُ مِنْ قَعْرِ عَدَنٍ تُرَحِّلُ النَّاسَ فَقَالَ شُعْبَةُ سَمِعْتُهُ وَأَحْسِبُهُ قَالَ تَنْزِلُ مَعَهُمْ حَيْثُ نَزَلُوا وَتَقِيلُ مَعَهُمْ حَيْثُ قَالُوا قَالَ شُعْبَةُ وَحَدَّثَنِي بِهَذَا الْحَدِيثِ رَجُلٌ عَنْ أَبِي الطُّفَيْلِ عَنْ أَبِي سَرِيحَةَ لَمْ يَرْفَعْهُ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَقَالَ أَحَدُ هَذَيْنِ الرَّجُلَيْنِ نُزُولُ عِيسَى ابْنِ مَرْيَمَ وَقَالَ الْآخَرُ رِيحٌ تُلْقِيهِمْ فِي الْبَحْرِ  

[Machine] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, "The Hour will not be established until there are ten signs: the sun rising from the west, the descent of Jesus son of Mary, the emergence of Gog and Magog, the appearance of the Beast, the smoke, the Dajjal (Antichrist), the sinking of the east, the sinking of the west, the sinking of the Arabian Peninsula, and a fire that will drive people to their places of assembly, gathering both humans and jinn."  

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ لَا تَقُومُ السَّاعَةُ حَتَّى تَكُونَ عَشْرُ آيَاتٍ خَسْفٌ بِالْمَشْرِقِ وَخَسْفٌ بِالْمَغْرِبِ وَخَسْفٌ فِي جَزِيرَةِ الْعَرَبِ وَالدَّجَّالُ وَالدُّخَانُ وَنُزُولُ عِيسَى ابْنِ مَرْيَمَ فَيَأْجُوجَ وَمَأْجُوجَ وَالدَّابَّةُ وَطُلُوعُ الشَّمْسِ مِنْ مَغْرِبِهَا وَنَارٌ تَخْرُجُ مِنْ قَعْرِ عَدْنَ تَسُوقُ النَّاسَ إِلَى الْمَحْشَرِ تَحْشُرُ الذَّرَّ وَالنَّمْلَ  

[Machine] While the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was in a room, and we were underneath it, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ approached us and said, "What are you discussing?" We said, "We are mentioning the Hour." He said, "The Hour will not come until there are ten signs: The rising of the sun from its place of setting, the emergence of the Antichrist, the smoke, the descent of Jesus son of Mary, the Beast, the coming out of Yajuj and Majuj, the sinking of the East, the sinking of the West, the sinking of the Arabian Peninsula, and a fire that will emerge from a certain place." He said, "I consider it will be heavy for them when they say it, and it will come down with them from where they descend."  

بَيْنَمَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ فِي غُرْفَةٍ وَنَحْنُ تَحْتَهَا إِذْ أَشْرَفَ عَلَيْنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ فَقَالَ «مَا تَتَذَاكَرُونَ؟ » قُلْنَا نَذَكْرُ السَّاعَةَ قَالَ «فَإِنَّهَا لَا تَكُونُ حَتَّى يَكُونَ بَيْنَ يَدَيْهَا عَشَرُ آيَاتٍ طُلُوعُ الشَّمْسِ مِنْ مَغْرِبِهَا وَالدَّجَّالُ وَالدُّخَانُ وَعِيسَى ابْنُ مَرْيَمَ وَالدَّابَّةُ وَخُرُوجُ يَأْجُوجَ وَمَأْجُوجَ وَخَسْفٌ بِالْمَشْرِقِ وَخَسْفٌ بِالْمَغْرِبِ وَخَسْفٌ بِجَزِيرَةِ الْعَرَبِ وَنَارٌ تَخْرُجُ مِنْ مَوْضِعِ كَذَا»؟ قَالَ أَحْسَبُهُ قَالَ «تَقِيلُ مَعَهُمْ حَيْثُ قَالُوا وَتَنْزِلُ مَعَهُمْ حَيْثُ يَنْزِلُونَ»

[Machine] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, "The Hour will not come until there are ten signs: the sun rising from the west, the appearance of the Dajjal (the Antichrist), the descent of Jesus son of Mary, the release of Gog and Magog, the emergence of a beast, the spreading of fire from the city of Aden, which will drive people to the gathering place where they will be gathered, and the gathering of the atom and the ant."  

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ لَا تَقُومُ السَّاعَةُ حَتَّى يَكُونَ عَشَرُ آيَاتٍ خَسْفٌ بِالْمَشْرِقِ وَخَسْفٌ بِالْمَغْرِبِ وَخَسْفٌ فِي جَزِيرَةِ الْعَرَبِ وَالدَّجَّالُ وَنُزُولُ عِيسَى ابْنِ مَرْيَمَ وَيَأْجُوجُ وَمَأْجُوجُ وَالدَّابَّةُ وَطُلُوعُ الشَّمْسِ مِنْ مَغْرِبِهَا وَنَارٌ تَخْرُجُ مِنْ تَعْزِ عَدَنٍ يَسُوقُ النَّاسَ إِلَى الْمَحْشَرِ تَحْشُرُ الذَّرَّ وَالنَّمْلَ  

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ came to us from a room and said, "What are you saying? What are you discussing?" We said, "The Hour (Day of Judgment)." He said, "Indeed, it will not occur until you see ten signs: the sinking of the east, the sinking of the west, the sinking of the Arabian Peninsula, the emergence of Gog and Magog, the appearance of the Antichrist, the beast, the rising of the sun from its setting place, the descent of Jesus son of Mary, and a fire that will come out from the bottom of Aden, which will drive people and gather them wherever they are, and a wind that will throw them into the sea."  

أَشْرَفَ عَلَيْنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مِنْ غُرْفَةٍ فَقَالَ مَاذَا تَقُولُونَ؟ مَا تَذْكُرُونَ؟ قُلْنَا السَّاعَةَ فَقَالَ أَمَا إِنَّهَا لَنْ تَقُومَ حَتَّى تَرَوْنَ عَشْرَ آيَاتٍ خَسْفٌ بِالْمَشْرِقِ وَخَسْفٌ بِالْمَغْرِبِ وَخَسْفٌ بِجَزِيرَةِ الْعَرَبِ وَخُرُوجُ يَأْجُوجَ وَمَأْجُوجَ وَالدَّجَّالُ وَالدَّابَّةُ وَطُلُوعُ الشَّمْسِ مِنْ مَغْرِبِهَا وَنُزُولُ عِيسَى ابْنِ مَرْيَمَ وَنَارٌ تَخْرُجُ مِنْ قَعْرِ عَدَنَ تُرَحِّلُ النَّاسَ تَقِيلُ مَعَهُمْ حَيْثُ قَالُوا وَتُرِيحُ مَعَهُمْ حَيْثُ رَاحُوا وَبِريحٍ تُلْقِيهِمْ فِي الْبَحْرِ  

"The Messenger of Allah ﷺ looked out from a room, when we were talking about the Hour. أَشْرَفَ عَلَيْنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مِنْ عِلِّيَّةٍ وَنَحْنُ نَتَذَاكَرُ السَّاعَةَ فَقَالَ إِنَّكُمْ سَتَرَوْنَ قَبْلَهَا عَشْرَ آيَاتٍ الدُّخَانَ وَالدَّجَّالَ وَالدَّابَّةَ وَيَأْجُوجَ وَمَأْجُوجَ وَنُزُولَ عِيسَى ابْنِ مَرْيَمَ وَطُلُوعَ الشَّمْسِ مِنْ مَغْرِبِهَا وَثَلَاثَةَ خُسُوفٍ خَسْفًا بِالْمَشْرِقِ وَخَسْفًا بِالْمَغْرِبِ وَخَسْفًا بِجَزِيرَةِ الْعَرَبِ وَآخِرُ ذَلِكَ نَارٌ تَخْرُجُ مِنَ الْيَمَنِ أَوْ نَحْوَ عَدَنَ تَطْرُدُ النَّاسَ إِلَى مَحْشَرِهِمْ  

[Machine] That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "The Hour will not be established until ten signs are witnessed: the rising of the sun from the west, the smoke, the Antichrist, the beast, three sinkings: one in the west, one in the east, and one in the Arabian Peninsula, the descent of Jesus son of Mary, and the emergence of Gog and Magog, and a fire that will come out from the depths of Aden that will drive the people to the place of gathering, and it will not leave anyone behind, fulfilling their needs."  

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ لَا تَقُومُ السَّاعَةُ حَتَّى يَخْرُجَ عَشْرُ آيَاتِ طُلُوعُ الشَّمْسِ مِنْ مَغْرِبِهَا وَالدُّخَانُ وَالدَّجَّالُ وَالدَّابَّةُ وَخُسُوفٌ ثَلَاثَةٌ خَسْفٌ بِالْمَغْرِبِ وَخَسْفٌ بِالْمَشْرِقِ وَخَسْفٌ بِجَزِيرَةَ الْعَرَبِ وَنُزُولُ عِيسَى ابْنِ مَرْيَمَ وَيَأْجُوجُ وَمَأْجُوجُ وَنَارٌ تَخْرُجُ مِنْ قَعْرِ عَدَنَ تُرَحِّلُ النَّاسُ إِلَى الْمَحْشَرِ لَا تُخَلِّفُ خَلْفَهَا أَحَدًا تُقِيمُ لَهُمْ يَعْنِي فِي حَوَائِجِهِمْ  

"The Messenger of Allah ﷺ looked out from a room, when we were talking about the Hour. He said: 'The Hour will not begin until ten signs appear: The rising of the sun from the west (place of its setting); Dajjal; the smoke; the beast; Gog and Magog people; the appearance of 'Eisa bin Maryam(as), the earth collapsing three times - once in the east, one in the west and one in the Arabian Peninsula; and fire that will emerge from the plain of Aden Abyan and will drive the people to the place of Gathering, stopping with them when they stop at night and when they stop to rest at midday." اطَّلَعَنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ وَنَحْنُ نَتَذَاكَرُ السَّاعَةَ فَقَالَ إِنَّ السَّاعَةَ لَا تَقُومُ حَتَّى تَكُونَ عَشْرٌ الدُّخَانُ وَالدَّجَّالُ وَطُلُوعُ الشَّمْسِ مِنْ مَغْرِبِهَا وَالدَّابَّةُ وَثَلَاثَةُ خُسُوفٍ خَسْفٌ بِالْمَشْرِقِ وَخَسْفٌ بِالْمَغْرِبِ وَخَسْفٌ فِي جَزِيرَةِ الْعَرَبِ وَنُزُولُ عِيسَى ابْنِ مَرْيَمَ وَفَتْحُ يَأْجُوجَ وَمَأْجُوجَ وَنَارٌ تَخْرُجُ مِنْ قَعْرِ عَدَنٍ تَسُوقُ النَّاسَ إِلَى الْمَحْشَرِ

"لاَ تَقُومُ السَّاعَةُ حَتَّى تكونَ عَشْرُ آيَاتٍ: خَسْفٌ بِالمَشْرقِ، وَخَسْفٌ بِالمَغْرِبِ، وَخَسْفٌ في جَزِيرَةِ العرَب، والدَّجَّالُ، وَنُزُولُ عِيسَى، وَيأجُوجُ وَمَأجُوجُ، والدَّابَّةُ، وَطُلُوعُ الشَّمْسِ مِنْ مَغْرِبِهَا، وَنَارٌ تَخْرجٌ من قَعْرِ عَدَنٍ تَسُوقُ النَّاسَ إِلَى المَحَشرِ تَحْشُرُ الذَّرَّ وَالنَّمْلَ".
