We used to offer the Maghrib prayer with the Prophet ﷺ and after finishing the prayer one of us may go away and could still see as Par as the spots where one's arrow might reach when shot by a bow.

سَمِعْتُ رَافِعَ بْنَ خَدِيجٍ يَقُولُ كُنَّا نُصَلِّي الْمَغْرِبَ مَعَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَيَنْصَرِفُ أَحَدُنَا وَإِنَّهُ لَيُبْصِرُ مَوَاقِعَ نَبْلِهِ

We used to observe the evening prayer with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and then one of us would go away and he could see the (distant) place where his arrow would fall.

سَمِعْتُ رَافِعَ بْنَ خَدِيجٍ يَقُولُ كُنَّا نُصَلِّي الْمَغْرِبَ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ فَيَنْصَرِفُ أَحَدُنَا وَإِنَّهُ لَيُبْصِرُ مَوَاقِعَ نَبْلِهِ

We used to offer the Maghrib prayer with the Prophet ﷺ and then shoot arrows, one of us could see the place where arrow would fall.

كُنَّا نُصَلِّي الْمَغْرِبَ مَعَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ ثُمَّ نَرْمِي فَيَرَى أَحَدُنَا مَوْضِعَ نَبْلِهِ

"I heard Rafi' bin Khadij say: 'We used to perform the Maghrib at the time of the Messenger of Allah, and one of us would be able to see the places where his arrows would land when shot from his bow.'" (Sahih)Another chain with similar wording.

سَمِعْتُ رَافِعَ بْنَ خَدِيجٍ يَقُولُ كُنَّا نُصَلِّي الْمَغْرِبَ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ فَيَنْصَرِفُ أَحَدُنَا وَإِنَّهُ لَيَنْظُرُ إِلَى مَوَاقِعِ نَبْلِهِ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو يَحْيَى الزَّعْفَرَانِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُوسَى نَحْوَهُ

[AI] We used to pray Maghrib prayer, then the traveler would depart from us to Bani Salimah while he sees the sites of nobility.

كُنَّا نُصَلِّي الْمَغْرِبَ ثُمَّ يَنْطَلِقُ الْمُنْطَلِقُ مِنَّا إِلَى بَنِي سَلِمَةَ وَهُوَ يَرَى مَوَاقِعَ نَبْلِهِ

[AI] "We used to pray Maghrib with the Prophet of Allah ﷺ, then the man would set off towards Bani Salimah while he still sees the location of his arrow."

كُنَّا نُصَلِّي الْمَغْرِبَ مَعَ نَبِيِّ اللهِ ﷺ ثُمَّ يَنْطَلِقُ الرَّجُلُ إِلَى بَنِي سَلِمَةَ وَهُوَ يَرَى مَوْقِعَ سَهْمِهِ

[AI] We used to pray Maghrib prayer in the Prophet's ﷺ mosque, then we would visit Bani Salimah and one of us would see the locations of his noble family.

كُنَّا نُصَلِّي الْمَغْرِبَ فِي مَسْجِدِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ ثُمَّ نَأْتِي بَنِي سَلِمَةَ وَأَحَدُنَا يَرَى مَوَاقِعَ نَبْلِهِ

[AI] We used to pray with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ on Fridays, then we would return to our homes.

كُنَّا نُصَلِّي مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ الْجُمُعَةَ ثُمَّ نَرْجِعُ إِلَى الْقَائِلَةِ فَنَقِيلُ

[AI] We used to pray Jumu'ah (Friday prayer) with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, then we would return and he would say Abu Ahmad, then we would return to Banu Salimah and he would say while leaning to one side.

كُنَّا نُصَلِّي مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ الْجُمُعَةَ ثُمَّ نَرْجِعُ فَنَقِيلُ قَالَ أَبُو أَحْمَدَ ثُمَّ نَرْجِعُ إِلَى بَنِي سَلِمَةَ فَنَقِيلُ وَهُوَ عَلَى مِيلَيْنِ

[AI] We used to pray Maghrib prayer with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, then we would return to Bani Salimah and see the locations of the nobles.

كُنَّا نُصَلِّي مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ الْمَغْرِبَ ثُمَّ نَرْجِعُ إِلَى بَنِي سَلِمَةَ فَنَرَى مَوَاقِعَ النَّبْلِ

[AI] "We used to pray with the Prophet ﷺ the Maghrib prayer, then we would return to our homes, and it was a short distance, and I could see the noble sites."

كُنَّا نُصَلِّي مَعَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ الْمَغْرِبَ ثُمَّ نَرْجِعُ إِلَى مَنَازِلِنَا وَهِيَ مِيلٌ وَأَنَا أُبْصِرُ مَوَاقِعَ النَّبْلِ

[AI] We used to pray with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ the Maghrib prayer, then we would visit the tribe of Salimah while we could see the locations of the nobility.

كُنَّا نُصَلِّي مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ الْمَغْرِبَ ثُمَّ نَأْتِي بَنِي سَلِمَةَ وَنَحْنُ نُبْصِرُ مَوَاقِعَ النَّبْلِ

[AI] "Some people from the Ansar said: We used to pray Maghrib prayer with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and then we would disperse and meet again until we reach our homes. The locations of our arrows were not hidden from us."

عَنْ نَاسٍ مِنَ الْأَنْصَارِ قَالُوا كُنَّا نُصَلِّي مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ الْمَغْرِبَ ثُمَّ نَنْصَرِفُ فَنَتَرَامَى حَتَّى نَأْتِيَ دِيَارَنَا فَمَا يَخْفَى عَلَيْنَا مَوَاقِعُ سِهَامِنَا

[AI] We used to pray Maghrib prayer with the Prophet ﷺ , then we would go to the market, and even if we were hit with a dirt clod, you would have seen its location.

كُنَّا نُصَلِّي مَعَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ الْمَغْرِبَ ثُمَّ نَنْصَرِفُ إِلَى السُّوقِ وَلَوْ رُمِيَ بِنَبْلٍ لَأَبْصَرْتُمَوَاقِعَهَا

'Mu'adh bin Jabal would pray Al-Maghrib with the Messenger of Allah, then he would return to his people to lead them (in prayer)." (Using translation from Tirmidhī 583)

«أَنَّ مُعَاذَ بْنَ جَبَلٍ كَانَ يُصَلِّي مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ الْمَغْرِبَ ثُمَّ يَرْجِعُ إِلَى قَوْمِهِ فَيَؤُمُّهُمْ»

[AI] "We used to pray the Maghrib prayer during the time of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , and after finishing the prayer, one of us would look at the places of his nobility."

«كُنَّا نُصَلِّي الْمَغْرِبَ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَيَنْصَرِفُ أَحَدُنَا وَإِنَّهُ لَيَنْظُرُ إِلَى مَوَاقِعِ نَبْلِهِ»

[AI] We used to pray the Maghrib prayer with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and then leave until we reached the marketplace, and indeed he would see the nobility of his character.

«كُنَّا نُصَلِّي مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ الْمَغْرِبَ ثُمَّ نَنْصَرِفُ حَتَّى نَأْتِيَ السُّوقَ وَإِنَّهُ لِيُرَى مَوْقِعُ نَبْلِهِ»

[AI] We used to pray with the Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , the Maghrib prayer, then we would visit the people of Salimah while observing our positions in the outskirts of the city of Salimah.

كُنَّا نُصَلِّي مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ الْمَغْرِبَ ثُمَّ نَأْتِي بَنِي سَلِمَةَ وَنَحْنُ نُبْصِرُ مَوَاقِعَ نَبْلِنَا فِي بَنِي سَلِمَةَ أَقْصَى الْمَدِينَةِ

[AI] "That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to pray Maghrib and men from Banu Salimah used to pray with him while they could locate the positions of the stars."

«أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ كَانَ يُصَلِّي الْمَغْرِبَ وَيُصَلِّي مَعَهُ رِجَالٌ مِنْ بَنِي سَلِمَةَ وَهُمْ يُبْصِرُونَ مَوَاقِعَ النَّبْلِ»

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to pray Maghrib, then the people would return to their families while observing the locations of the noble ones when they are thrown.

«كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يُصَلِّي الْمَغْرِبَ ثُمَّ يَرْجِعُ النَّاسُ إِلَى أَهَالِيهِمْ وَهُمْ يُبْصِرُونَ مَوَاقِعَ النَّبْلِ حِينَ يُرْمَى بِهَا»

[AI] We used to pray Maghrib (evening prayer) with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , then we would go to Bani Salamah, if we had thrown (stones) we would have seen where we hit.

كُنَّا نُصَلِّي مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ الْمَغْرِبَ ثُمَّ نَأْتِي بَنِي سَلَمَةَ فَلَوْ رَمَيْنَا لَرَأَيْنَا مَوَاقِعَ نَبْلِنَا

[AI] We used to pray Maghrib prayer with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, then we would go to the market. If we had thrown stones at it, we would have seen its locations.

كُنَّا نُصَلِّي مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ الْمَغْرِبَ ثُمَّ نَأْتِي السُّوقَ فَلَوْ رَمَيْنَا بِالنَّبْلِ لَرَأَيْنَا مَوَاقِعَهَا

[AI] We used to pray the Maghrib prayer with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , then we would throw (arrows) and one of us would see the strange position of his arrow with this chain of narration.

كُنَّا نُصَلِّي الْمَغْرِبَ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ ثُمَّ نَرْمِي فَيَرَى أَحَدُنَا مَوَاقِعَ سَهْمِهِ غَرِيبٌ بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ

"كُنَّا نُصَلِّى المَغْرِبَ فِى مَسْجِدِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ ثُمَّ نَأتى ابْنَ سَلَمَةَ وَأَحَدُنَا يَرَى مَوَاقِعَ نَبْلِهِ".

" كُنَّا نُصَلِّى مَعَ رَسُولِ الله ﷺ المَغْرِبَ ثُمَّ نَنْصَرِفُ إِلَى السُّوقِ وَلَوْ رُمِىَ بِنَبْلٍ، أَبْصَرُوا مَوَاقِعَهَا".

"عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ أَظُنُّهُ مِنْ أَبْنَاءِ النُّقَبَاءِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ: كُنَّا نُصَلِّي الْمَغْرِبَ مَعَ رَسُول اللهِ ﷺ ثُمَّ نَرْجِعُ إِلَى رِحَالِنَا وَأَحَدُنَا يَنْظُرُ مَوَاقِعَ النَّبْلِ".
