[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "O Allah, I am only a human being. So whoever I have cursed or wronged, make it a means of purification and nearness to You for him."  

أحمد:٩٠٧٠حَدَّثَنَا أَسْوَدُ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ اللهُمَّ فَإِنَّمَا أَنَا بَشَرٌ فَأَيُّمَا مُسْلِمٍ لَعَنْتُهُ أَوْ آذَيْتُهُ فَاجْعَلْهَا لَهُ زَكَاةً وَقُرْبَةً  

ahmad:9071Ibn Numayr

[Machine] "Akhabarana al-a'mashunna qala zakatan wa rahmatan."

The passage translates to: "Al-a'mashunna informed us that it is (both) a form of zakat (charitable giving) and mercy."

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "By the One in whose hand is my soul, everything will be disputed on the Day of Resurrection, even the two devils in what they trampled upon."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ وَالَّذِي نَفْسِي بِيَدِهِ لَيَخْتَصِمَنَّ كُلُّ شَيْءٍ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ حَتَّى الشَّاتَانِ فِيمَا انْتَطَحَتَا

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Woe to the Arabs from the evil that has approached. It is a trial like the darkest part of the night. A man will wake up as a believer and go to sleep as a disbeliever, selling his religion for a meager worldly gain. On that day, holding onto one's religion will be like holding onto hot coals or thorns." He ﷺ said, "Hasan in his narration, 'the prick of the thorn.'"

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ وَيْلٌ لِلْعَرَبِ مِنْ شَرٍّ قَدِ اقْتَرَبَ فِتَنًا كَقِطَعِ اللَّيْلِ الْمُظْلِمِ يُصْبِحُ الرَّجُلُ مُؤْمِنًا وَيُمْسِي كَافِرًا يَبِيعُ قَوْمٌ دِينَهُمْ بِعَرَضٍ مِنَ الدُّنْيَا قَلِيلٍ الْمُتَمَسِّكُيَوْمَئِذٍ بِدِينِهِ كَالْقَابِضِ عَلَى الْجَمْرِ أَوْ قَالَ عَلَى الشَّوْكِ قَالَ حَسَنٌ فِي حَدِيثِهِ خَبَطِ الشَّوْكِ

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "O Allah, I make with You a covenant that You will not abandon me. Indeed, I am only human, so whichever slave I have whipped, insulted, or cursed, make it a prayer and means of closeness for him."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ اللهُمَّ إِنِّي أَتَّخِذُ عِنْدَكَ عَهْدًا لَنْ تُخْلِفَنِيهِ إِنَّمَا أَنَا بَشَرٌ فَأَيُّمَا عَبْدٍ جَلَدْتُهُ أَوْ شَتَمْتُهُ أَوْ سَبَبْتُهُ فَاجْعَلْهَا لَهُ صَلَاةً وَقُرْبَةً

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Those who are excessive will be the fewest on the Day of Judgment, except for those who say with their wealth, 'Like this and like this and like this,' said Yahya. They are few in number," said Hassan, pointing between his eyes, his right and his left, and from behind him.

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ الْمُكْثِرُونَ هُمُ الْأَقَلُّونَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ إِلَّا مَنْ قَالَ بِالْمَالِ هَكَذَا وَهَكَذَا وَهَكَذَا قَالَ يَحْيَى وَقَلِيلٌ مَا هُمْ قَالَ حَسَنٌ وَأَشَارَ بَيْنَ عَيْنَيْهِ وَعَنْ يَمِينِهِ وَعَنْ يَسَارِهِ وَمِنْ خَلْفِهِ

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Indeed, Allah has said, 'I am as My servant thinks of Me. If he thinks well of Me, he will have it, and if he thinks badly of Me, he will have it.'"  

أحمد:٩٠٧٦حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنُ بْنُ مُوسَى حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو يُونُسَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ

عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ أَنَّ اللهَ ﷻقَالَ أَنَا عِنْدَ ظَنِّ عَبْدِي بِي إِنْ ظَنَّ بِي خَيْرًا فَلَهُ وَإِنْ ظَنَّ شَرًّا فَلَهُ

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: Allah ﷻ said, "Who is more unjust than one who wants to create something similar to My creation? Let Him create a grain of sand or a seed." And Yahya said, "Once I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying: And whoever  

أحمد:٩٠٧٧حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ عَمْروٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا سَلَمَةَ بْنَ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ يَقُولُ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ يَقُولُ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ اللهُ ﷻ مَنْ أَظْلَمُ مِمَّنْ أَرَادَ أَنْ يَخْلُقَ مِثْلَ خَلْقِي فَلْيَخْلُقْ ذَرَّةً أَوْ حَبَّةً وَقَالَ يَحْيَى مَرَّةً سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ وَمَنْ

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said: "When one of you sacrifices an animal for offering, let him eat from his sacrifice."  

أحمد:٩٠٧٨حَدَّثَنَا أَسْوَدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ يَعْنِي ابْنَ صَالِحٍ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى عَنْ عَطَاءٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ إِذَا ضَحَّى أَحَدُكُمْ فَلْيَأْكُلْ مِنْ أُضْحِيَّتِهِ

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The best of people in the time of ignorance are the best of them in Islam when they have deep understanding of the religion."  

أحمد:٩٠٧٩حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ عَنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ عَنْ أَبِي عَلْقَمَةَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ النَّاسُ مَعَادِنُ خِيَارُهُمْ فِي الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ خِيَارُهُمْ فِي الْإِسْلَامِ إِذَا فَقِهُوا فِي الدِّينِ

[Machine] "When the group of the former and few of the later descended [surah Al-Waqiah, verse 14], it divided among the Muslims. Then the group of the former and a group of the later descended [surah Al-Waqiah, verse 39]. It was said, 'You are one-third of the people of Paradise. Rather, you are half of the people of Paradise, and you share with them the remaining half.'"  

أحمد:٩٠٨٠حَدَّثَنَا أَسْوَدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ بَيَّاعِ الْمُلَاءِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ

لَمَّا نَزَلَتْ {ثُلَّةٌ مِنَ الْأَوَّلِينَ وَقَلِيلٌ مِنَ الْآخِرِينَ} [الواقعة 14] شَقَّ ذَلِكَ عَلَى الْمُسْلِمِينَ فَنَزَلَتْ {ثُلَّةٌ مِنَ الْأَوَّلِينَ وَثُلَّةٌ مِنَ الْآخِرِينَ} [الواقعة 39] فَقَالَ أَنْتُمْ ثُلُثُ أَهْلِ الْجَنَّةِ بَلْ أَنْتُمْ نِصْفُ أَهْلِ الْجَنَّةِ وَتُقَاسِمُونَهُمُ النِّصْفَ الْبَاقِي

[Machine] A man came to the Messenger ﷺ and said, "O Messenger of Allah, inform me about the most deserving of people to accompany me." He said, "Yes, definitely, I will inform you. He said, "Who is it?" He said, "Your mother." He said, "Then who?" He said, "Your mother." He said, "Then who?" He said, "Then your father."  

أحمد:٩٠٨١حَدَّثَنَا أَسْوَدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ عَنْ عُمَارَةَ بْنِ الْقَعْقَاعِ عَنْ أَبِي زُرْعَةَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ

جَاءَ رَجُلٌ إِلَى الرَّسُولِ ﷺ فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ نَبِّئْنِي بِأَحَقِّ النَّاسِ مِنِّي صُحْبَةً فَقَالَ نَعَمْ وَاللهِلَتُنَبَّأَنَّ قَالَ مَنْ؟ قَالَ أُمُّكَ قَالَ ثُمَّ مَنْ؟ قَالَ أُمُّكَ قَالَ ثُمَّ مَنْ؟ قَالَ ثُمَّ أَبُوكَ

[Machine] And who could be more unjust than one who creates a creation like My creation? So let them create [even] a [single] atom or a fly or a grain [of sand].  

أحمد:٩٠٨٢حَدَّثَنَا أَسْوَدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ عَنْ عُمَارَةَ بْنِ الْقَعْقَاعِ عَنْ أَبِي زُرْعَةَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَفَعَ الْحَدِيثَ قَالَ

وَمَنْ أَظْلَمُ مِمَّنْ خَلَقَخَلْقًا كَخَلْقِي فَلْيَخْلُقُوا مِثْلَ خَلْقِي ذَرَّةً أَوْ ذُبَابَةً أَوْ حَبَّةً

[Machine] "The Prophet ﷺ said from the pulpit: 'The longest poem ever recited by the Arabs is "Al-Bahr Al-Taweel" (The Long Sea)." Then he added, 'Behold, everything that exists besides Allah is false.' Umayyah bin Abi As-Salt almost became Muslim.'"  

أحمد:٩٠٨٣حَدَّثَنَا أَسْوَدُ حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَيْرٍ يَعْنِي عَبْدَ الْمَلِكِ عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ قَالَ عَلَى الْمِنْبَرِ أَشْعَرُ بَيْتٍ قَالَتْهُ الْعَرَبُ[البحر الطويل]أَلَا كُلُّ شَيْءٍ مَا خَلَا اللهَ بَاطِلُوَكَادَ أُمَيَّةُ بْنُ أَبِي الصَّلْتِ أَنْ يُسْلِمَ

[Machine] "Do not enter Jannah (Paradise) until you believe, and you will not believe until you love one another. Shall I guide you to something that if you do it, you will love one another? Spread peace among yourselves. And perhaps a partner will say, 'Shall I guide you to something that if you do it, you will love one another?' Spread peace among yourselves."  

أحمد:٩٠٨٤حَدَّثَنَا أَسْوَدُ حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ يَرْفَعُهُ قَالَ

لَا تَدْخُلُونَ الْجَنَّةَ حَتَّى تُؤْمِنُوا وَلَا تُؤْمِنُونَ حَتَّى تَحَابُّوا أَلَا أَدُلُّكُمْ عَلَى رَأْسِ ذَلِكَ أَوْ مِلَاكِذَلِكَ؟ أَفْشُوا السَّلَامَ بَيْنَكُمْ وَرُبَّمَا قَالَ شَرِيكٌ أَلَا أَدُلُّكُمْ عَلَى شَيْءٍ إِذَا فَعَلْتُمُوهُ تَحَابَبْتُمْ؟ أَفْشُوا السَّلَامَ بَيْنَكُمْ

The Prophet ﷺ said, "It is better for a man to fill the inside of his body with pus than to fill it with poetry." (Using translation from Bukhārī 6154)  

أحمد:٩٠٨٦حَدَّثَنَا أَسْوَدُ حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لَأَنْ يَمْتَلِئَ جَوْفُ أَحَدِكُمْ قَيْحًا يَرِيهِ خَيْرٌ لَهُ مِنْ أَنْ يَمْتَلِئَ شِعْرًا

[Machine] "Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said: Whoever speaks in the way of Allah, Allah knows best who is speaking in His way. The wound's color will become the color of blood, and its scent will be the scent of musk."  

أحمد:٩٠٨٧حَدَّثَنَا أَسْوَدُ حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ مَنْ يُكْلَمُ فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ وَاللهُ أَعْلَمُ بِمَنْ يُكْلَمُ فِي سَبِيلِهِ يَأْتِي الْجُرْحُ لَوْنُهُ لَوْنُ الدَّمِ وَرِيحُهُ رِيحُ الْمِسْكِ

[Machine] Regarding "Al-Muhakala," it refers to the act of purchasing crops, specifically grains such as wheat when it is still in the ear, and one is prohibited from practicing "Al-Muzabana," which entails buying fruits with dates.  

أحمد:٩٠٨٨حَدَّثَنَا أَسْوَدُ حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ عَنْ سُهَيْلٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَفَعَهُ نَهَى

عَنِ الْمُحَاقَلَةِ وَهُوَ اشْتِرَاءُ الزَّرْعِ وَهُوَ فِي سُنْبُلِهِ بِالْحِنْطَةِ وَنَهَى عَنِ الْمُزَابَنَةِ وَهُوَ شِرَاءُ الثِّمَارِ بِالتَّمْرِ

The Prophet ﷺ said: The angels do not go with a travelling company in which there is a bell. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 2554)   

أحمد:٩٠٨٩حَدَّثَنَا أَسْوَدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ عَنْ سُهَيْلٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَفَعَهُ قَالَ

لَا تَصْحَبُ الْمَلَائِكَةُ رُفْقَةً فِيهَا جَرَسٌ

[Machine] On the authority of the Prophet ﷺ , he said, "People will be raised, and perhaps some will say, 'The intentions of people will be gathered.'"  

أحمد:٩٠٩٠حَدَّثَنَا أَسْوَدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ عَنْ لَيْثٍ عَنْ طَاوُسٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ يُبْعَثُ النَّاسُ وَرُبَّمَا قَالَ شَرِيكٌ يُحْشَرُ النَّاسُ عَلَى نِيَّاتِهِمْ  

ahmad:9091Ḥusayn b. Muḥammad Fī Tafsīr Shaybān > Qatādah > Ḥaddath al-Ḥasan > Abū Hurayrah

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Indeed, the Children of Israel used to bathe in a state of nakedness. Prophet Moses, however, possessed modesty and would cover himself. When he went to bathe, they stabbed him with impure and inappropriate comments. One day, while Prophet Moses was bathing, he placed his clothes on a rock. The rock took his clothes and moved away. Prophet Moses followed it, striking it with his staff, saying, 'My clothes, O stone, my clothes, O stone!' Eventually, he reached a gathering of the Children of Israel, and the rock stood still in their presence. Prophet Moses took his clothes back and when the people saw him, they realized that he possessed the best character and was the most upright in appearance. The Children of Israel then said, 'May Allah curse you, O Children of Israel! Is this what you have done?' This incident was his innocence and exoneration by Allah."  

أحمد:٩٠٩١حَدَّثَنَا حُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ فِي تَفْسِيرِ شَيْبَانَ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَ الْحَسَنُ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ إِنَّ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ كَانُوا يَغْتَسِلُونَ عُرَاةً وَكَانَ نَبِيُّ اللهِ مُوسَى مِنْهُ الْحَيَاءُ وَالسِّتْرُ وَكَانَ يَسْتَتِرُ إِذَا اغْتَسَلَ فَطَعَنُوا فِيهِ بِعَوْرَةٍ قَالَ فَبَيْنَمَا نَبِيُّ اللهِ مُوسَى يَغْتَسِلُ يَوْمًا وَضَعَ ثِيَابَهُ عَلَى صَخْرَةٍ فَانْطَلَقَتِ الصَّخْرَةُ بِثِيَابِهِ فَاتَّبَعَهَانَبِيُّ اللهِ ضَرْبًا بِعَصَاهُ وَهُوَ يَقُولُ ثَوْبِي يَا حَجَرُ ثَوْبِي يَا حَجَرُ حَتَّى انْتَهَى بِهِ إِلَى مَلَإٍ مِنْ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ وَتَوَسَّطَهُمْ فَقَامَتْ وَأَخَذَ نَبِيُّ اللهِ ثِيَابَهُ فَنَظَرُوا فَإِذَا أَحْسَنُ النَّاسِ خَلْقًا وَأَعْدَلُهُ صُورَةً فَقَالَتْ بَنُو إِسْرَائِيلَ قَاتَلَ اللهُ أَفَّاكِي بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ فَكَانَتْ بَرَاءَتُهُ الَّتِي بَرَّأَهُ اللهُ ﷻ بِهَا

[Machine] On the authority of the Prophet ﷺ , he said, "There is no migration after the third (major) migration. So, whoever abandons his brother for more than three nights and then dies, will enter the Hellfire."

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Adam met Musa and said to him, 'Are you Adam whom Allah created with His own hand, and He made you dwell in His Paradise and He made His angels prostrate to you, and then you did what you did?' Adam replied to Musa, 'Are you Musa whom Allah spoke to and revealed the Torah upon? Musa replied, 'Yes.' Adam then asked Musa, 'Do you find that it was written on me to commit that sin before I was created?' Musa replied, 'Yes.' So Adam debated with Musa, and Adam got the better of Musa."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لَقِيَ آدَمَ مُوسَى فَقَالَ أَنْتَ آدَمُ الَّذِي خَلَقَكَ اللهُ بِيَدِهِ وَأَسْكَنَكَ جَنَّتَهُ وَأَسْجَدَ لَكَ مَلَائِكَتَهُ ثُمَّ صَنَعْتَ مَا صَنَعْتَ؟ فَقَالَ آدَمُ لِمُوسَى أَنْتَ الَّذِي كَلَّمَه اللهُ وَأَنْزَلَ عَلَيْه التَّوْرَاةَ؟ قَالَ نَعَمْ قَالَ فَهَلْ تَجِدُهُ مَكْتُوبًا عَلَيَّ قَبْلَ أَنْ أُخْلَقَ؟ قَالَ نَعَمْ قَالَ فَحَجَّ آدَمُ مُوسَى فَحَجَّ آدَمُ مُوسَى

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said, "The most entry points for a person into Hellfire are the hollow organs, the mouth and the private parts, and the most entry points for a person into Paradise are God consciousness (Taqwa) and good character."

[Machine] Abu Hurairah met a man while he was circumambulating the Kaaba and said to him, "O Abu Hurairah, have you forbidden people from fasting on Fridays?" Abu Hurairah replied, "No, by the Lord of the Kaaba. But the Messenger of Allah ﷺ discouraged it."

[Machine] Narrated by the Prophet ﷺ that some people who were fishermen in the sea came to him and said, "O Messenger of Allah, we are people of Armath and we only have a small amount of water. If we drink from it, there would not be enough for us to perform ablution, and if we perform ablution with it, there would not be enough for us to drink. Can we perform ablution with sea water?" The Prophet ﷺ replied, "Yes, its water is pure, and its dead creatures are lawful."

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ جَاءَهُ نَاسٌ صَيَّادُونَ فِي الْبَحْرِ فَقَالُوا يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ إِنَّا أَهْلُ أَرْمَاثٍ وَإِنَّا نَتَزَوَّدُ مَاءً يَسِيرًا إِنْ شَرِبْنَا مِنْهُ لَمْ يَكُنْ فِيهِ مَا نَتَوَضَّأُ بِهِ وَإِنْ تَوَضَّأْنَا مِنْهُ لَمْ يَكُنْ فِيهِ مَا نَشْرَبُ أَفَنَتَوَضَّأُ مِنْ مَاءِ الْبَحْرِ؟ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ نَعَمْ فَهُوَ الطَّهُورُ مَاؤُهُ الْحِلُّ مَيْتَتُهُ

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Every child is born in a state of fitrah (natural disposition), but his parents make him Jewish, Christian, or Magian, just as animals produce perfect young animals. Do you see any among them that are born mutilated?"

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ كُلُّ مَوْلُودٍ يُولَدُ عَلَى الْفِطْرَةِ فَأَبَوَاهُ يُهَوِّدَانِهِ وَيُنَصِّرَانِهِ وَيُمَجِّسَانِهِ كَمَثَلِ الْبَهِيمَةِتُنْتِجُ الْبَهِيمَةَ هَلْ تَكُونُ فِيهَا جَدْعَاءُ؟

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said, "When you lead the people in prayer, make it easy for them, for among them are the elderly, the weak, and the young." He also said in another narration, "From Abu Al-Walid, the servant of Amr ibn Khidash."

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ إِذَا أَمَمْتُمُ النَّاسَ فَخَفِّفُوا فَإِنَّ مِنْهُمُ الْكَبِيرَ وَالضَّعِيفَ وَالصَّغِيرَ وَقَالَ فِي حَدِيثٍ آخَرَ عَنْ أَبِي الْوَلِيدِ مَوْلَى عَمْرِو بْنِ خِدَاشٍ

The Prophet ﷺ said, "Delay the (Zuhr) Prayer till it gets cooler, for the severity of heat is from the increase in the heat of Hell (fire). (Using translation from Bukhārī 3259)

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ إِنَّ شِدَّةَ الْحَرِّ مِنْ فَيْحِ جَهَنَّمَ فَأَبْرِدُوا بِالصَّلَاةِ

The Prophet ﷺ owed somebody a camel of a certain age. When he came to demand it back, the Prophet ﷺ said (to some people), "Give him (his due)." When the people searched for a camel of that age, they found none, but found a camel one year older. The Prophet ﷺ said, "Give (it to) him." On that, the man remarked, "You have given me my right in full. May Allah give you in full." The Prophet ﷺ said, "The best amongst you is the one who pays the rights of others generously." (Using translation from Bukhārī 2305)  

أحمد:٩١٠٦حَدَّثَنَا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ دُكَيْنٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ كُهَيْلٍ عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ

كَانَ لِرَجُلٍ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ سِنٌّ مِنَ الْإِبِلِ فَجَاءَهُ يَتَقَاضَاهُ فَطَلَبُوا لَهُ فَلَمْ يَجِدُوا إِلَّا سِنًّا فَوْقَ سِنِّهِ فَقَالَ أَعْطُوهُ فَقَالَ أَوْفَيْتَنِي أَوْفَى اللهُ لَكَ قَالَ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِنَّ خِيَارَكُمْ أَحْسَنُكُمْ قَضَاءً

as the following Hadith 290. Narrated Abu Huraira: The Prophet ﷺ said, "When a man sits in between the four parts of a woman and did the sexual intercourse with her, bath becomes compulsory." (Using translation from Bukhārī 291)

Abu Hurairah reported the Prophet ﷺ as saying “Allah has ignored for my community what comes to their mind, so long as they do not act or pronounce words to that effect.” (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 2209)  

أحمد:٩١٠٨حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ زُرَارَةَ بْنِ أَوْفَى عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ إِنَّ اللهَ تَجَاوَزَ لِأُمَّتِي عَمَّا حَدَّثَتْ بِهِ أَنْفُسَهَا مَا لَمْ تُكَلِّمْ بِهِ أَوْ تَعْمَلْ بِهِ

Abu Huraira reported Messenger of Allah ﷺ as saying. Don't nurse malice against one another, don't nurse aversion against one another and don't be inquisitive about one another and don't outbid one another (with a view to raising the price) and be fellow-brothers and servants of Allah. (Using translation from Muslim 2563c)   

أحمد:٩١٠٩حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ صَالِحِ بْنِ نَبْهَانَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لَا تَبَاغَضُوا وَلَاتَدَابَرُوا وَلَا تَنَاجَشُوا وَكُونُوا عِبَادَ اللهِ إِخْوَانًا

"The truest of wods spoken by the poet are the words of Labid: Everything except Allah is false.' And Abu Umayyah bin Abu Salt nearly accepted Islam." (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 3757)

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ أَصْدَقُ كَلِمَةٍ قَالَهَا الشَّاعِرُ[البحر الطويل]أَلَا كُلُّ شَيْءٍ مَا خَلَا اللهَ بَاطِلُوَكَادَ أُمَيَّةُ بْنُ أَبِي الصَّلْتِ أَنْ يُسْلِمَ

The poor man(miskin) is not one who is admitted (by the people) with one or two dates or with one or two morsels but is one, who does not beg anything from his people and is not taken notice of so that alms may be given to him. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 1631)  

أحمد:٩١١١حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لَيْسَ الْمِسْكِينُ الَّذِي تَرُدُّهُ الْأُكْلَةُ وَالْأُكْلَتَانِ أَوِ التَّمْرَةُ وَالتَّمْرَتَانِ وَلَكِنِالْمِسْكِينُ الَّذِي لَا يَسْأَلُ شَيْئًا وَلَا يُفْطَنُ بِمَكَانِهِ فَيُعْطَى

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: Allah, the Exalted, says, 'Fasting is for Me and I reward for it. He gives up his desires, his food, and his drink for My sake. The fasting person has two joys: a joy when he breaks his fast and a joy when he meets his Lord. The smell that comes from the mouth of a fasting person is better to Allah than the smell of musk.'

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ اللهُ ﷻ الصَّوْمُ لِي وَأَنَا أَجْزِي بِهِ يَدَعُ طَعَامَهُ وَشَرَابَهُ وَشَهْوَتَهُ مِنْ أَجْلِي فَالصَّوْمُ جُنَّةٌ وَلِلصَّائِمِ فَرْحَتَانِ فَرْحَةٌ حِينَ يُفْطِرُ وَفَرْحَةٌ حِينَ يَلْقَى اللهَ ﷻ وَلَخُلُوفُ فِيهِ أَطْيَبُ عِنْدَ اللهِ مِنْ رِيحِ الْمِسْكِ

[Machine] From the Prophet ﷺ who said, "The best women are the women of Quraysh. They are the most compassionate towards their children and take better care of their husbands."  

أحمد:٩١١٣حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ الزُّبَيْرِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْأَعْرَجِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ خَيْرُ نِسَاءٍ رَكِبْنَ الْإِبِلَ نِسَاءُ قُرَيْشٍ أَحْنَاهُ عَلَى وَلَدٍ وَأَرْعَاهُ عَلَى زَوْجٍ فِي ذَاتِ يَدِهِ

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said, "Allah, may He be exalted, says: 'The son of Adam insults Me, and he has no right to do so. He denies Me, and he has no right to deny Me. As for his insulting Me, it is his saying: 'Allah has offspring.' But his denial of Me is his saying: 'Allah will not resurrect me as He created me.'"  

أحمد:٩١١٤حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنِ ابْنِ ذَكْوَانَ عَنِ الْأَعْرَجِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ يَقُولُ اللهُ ﷻ يَشْتُمُنِي ابْنُ آدَمَ وَمَا يَنْبَغِي لَهُ أَنْ يَشْتُمَنِي وَيُكَذِّبُنِي وَمَا يَنْبَغِي لَهُ أَنْ يُكَذِّبَنِي أَمَّا شَتْمُهُ إِيَّايَ قَوْلُهُ إِنَّ لِي وَلَدًا وَأَمَّا تَكْذِيبُهُ إِيَّايَ قَوْلُهُ لَنْ يُعِيدَنِي كَمَا بَدَأَنِي

[Machine] From the Prophet ﷺ, he said: "Do not be concerned about the tail in the water; it does not flow. Then wash from it."  

أحمد:٩١١٥حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ أَبِي عُثْمَانَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ لَا يُبَالُ فِي الْمَاءِ الَّذِيلَا يَجْرِي ثُمَّ يُغْتَسَلُ مِنْهُ

None of you should say: Woe be upon the Time, for verily Allah is the Time. (Using translation from Muslim 2246d)

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "There was a prophet among the prophets who used to write. So, whoever's knowledge agrees with his, then it is his knowledge."  

أحمد:٩١١٧حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي لَبِيدٍ عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ كَانَ نَبِيٌّ مِنَ الْأَنْبِيَاءِ يَخُطُّ فَمَنْ وَافَقَ عِلْمَهُ فَهُوَ عِلْمُهُ

The Prophet ﷺ said: The believer is simple and generous, but the profligate is deceitful and ignoble. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 4790)   

أحمد:٩١١٨حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنِ الْحَجَّاجِ بْنِ فُرَافِصَةَ عَنْ رَجُلٍ عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِنَّ الْمُؤْمِنَ غِرٌّ كَرِيمٌ وَإِنَّ الْفَاجِرَ خَبٌّ لَئِيمٌ

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "One of you will continue to be in prayer as long as he is waiting for the prayer in his place, and the angels will say, 'O Allah, forgive him; O Allah, have mercy on him as long as he does not engage in idle talk."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لَا يَزَالُ أَحَدُكُمْفِي صَلَاةٍ مَا دَامَ فِي مَجْلِسِهِ يَنْتَظِرُ الصَّلَاةَ وَالْمَلَائِكَةُ يَقُولُونَ اللهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لَهُ اللهُمَّ ارْحَمْهُ مَا لَمْ يُحْدِثْ
