Messenger of Allah ﷺ as saying: Receive (teaching) from me, receive (teaching) from me. Allah has ordained a way for those (women). When an unmarried male commits adultery with an unmarried female (they should receive) one hundred lashes and banishment for one year. And in case of married male committing adultery with a married female, they shall receive one hundred lashes and be stoned to death.

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ خُذُوا عَنِّي خُذُوا عَنِّي قَدْ جَعَلَ اللَّهُ لَهُنَّ سَبِيلاً الْبِكْرُ بِالْبِكْرِ جَلْدُ مِائَةٍ وَنَفْىُ سَنَةٍ وَالثَّيِّبُ بِالثَّيِّبِ جَلْدُ مِائَةٍ وَالرَّجْمُ

"The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'Take from me. For Allah has a way made for them : For the married person who commits adultery with a married person is one hundred lashes, then stoning. And for the virgin who commits adultery with a virgin is one hundred lashes and banishment for a year."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ خُذُوا عَنِّي فَقَدْ جَعَلَ اللَّهُ لَهُنَّ سَبِيلاً الثَّيِّبُ بِالثَّيِّبِ جَلْدُ مِائَةٍ ثُمَّ الرَّجْمُ وَالْبِكْرُ بِالْبِكْرِ جَلْدُ مِائَةٍ وَنَفْىُ سَنَةٍ

“Learn from me. Allah (SWT) has ordained for them (women) another way. (If) a virgin (commits illegal sexual intercourse) with a virgin, (the punishment is) one hundred lashes and exile for one year. (If) a Thayyib (commits adultery) with a Thayyib (the punishment is) one hundred lashes and stoning.”

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ خُذُوا عَنِّي خُذُوا عَنِّي قَدْ جَعَلَ اللَّهُ لَهُنَّ سَبِيلاً الْبِكْرُ بِالْبِكْرِ جَلْدُ مِائَةٍ وَتَغْرِيبُ سَنَةٍ وَالثَّيِّبُ بِالثَّيِّبِ جَلْدُ مِائَةٍ وَالرَّجْمُ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ خُذُوا عَنِّي خُذُوا عَنِّي قَدْ جَعَلَ اللهُ لَهُنَّ سَبِيلًا الْبِكْرُ بِالْبِكْرِ جَلْدُ مِائَةٍ وَنَفْيُ سَنَةٍ وَالثَّيِّبُ بِالثَّيِّبِ جَلْدُ مِائَةٍ وَالرَّجْمُ

[Machine] It is reported that whenever the Prophet ﷺ received revelation, he would experience distress and his face would become pale. And when the revelation was discontinued, he would say, "Write down from me, write down from me three times." Allah has made a way for them. The theib is stoned with the theib, and the virginity is stoned with the virginity. Stoning the theib requires one hundred lashes, and stoning the virginity requires one hundred lashes and exile for one year.

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ كَانَ إِذَا نَزَلَ عَلَيْهِ الْوَحْيُ كَرَبَ لَهُ وَتَرَبَّدَ وَجْهُهُ وَإِذَا سُرِّيَ عَنْهُ قَالَ خُذُوا عَنِّي خُذُوا عَنِّي ثَلَاثَ مِرَارٍ قَدْ جَعَلَ اللهُ لَهُنَّ سَبِيلًا الثَّيِّبُ بِالثَّيِّبِ وَالْبِكْرُ بِالْبِكْرِ الثَّيِّبُ جَلْدُ مِائَةٍ وَالرَّجْمُ وَالْبِكْرُ جَلْدُ مِائَةٍ وَنَفْيُ سَنَةٍ

[Machine] When the revelation descended upon the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , it had an impact on him, causing his face to change and tremble. One day, Allah revealed to him, but when this was concealed from him, he said, "Take note of what I am saying. Allah has established a way for them. If a married person commits adultery with a married person, both should be given one hundred lashes and stoned to death. If an unmarried person commits adultery with an unmarried person, they should be given one hundred lashes and then exiled for one year."

The adulteress is to be lashed a hundred times and stoned with stones, while the virgin is to be lashed a hundred times and then exiled for a year."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «خُذُوا عَنِّي قَدْ جَعَلَ اللَّهُ لَهُنَّ سَبِيلًا الثَّيِّبُ بِالثَّيِّبِ جَلْدُ مِائَةٍ ثُمَّ الرَّجْمُ وَالْبِكْرُ بِالْبِكْرِ جَلْدُ مِائَةٍ وَيُنْفَيَانِ سَنَةً»

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said, "Learn from me, for Allah has made a way for them (virgins with virgins) and those who have been married with those who have been married. The virgin is to be flogged and exiled, while the one who had been previously married is to be flogged and stoned to death."

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «خُذُوا عَنِّي فَقَدْ جَعَلَ اللَّهُ لَهُنَّ سَبِيلًا الْبِكْرُ بِالْبِكْرِ وَالثَّيِّبُ بِالثَّيِّبِ الْبِكْرُ تُجْلَدُ وَتُنْفَى وَالثَّيِّبُ تُجْلَدُ وَتُرْجَمُ»

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to have distress when it was revealed to him. His face would become pale. One day, a revelation came to him, and when it was relieved from him, he said, "Write down this statement from me: Allah has made a way for them. The adulterer with the adulteress, and the virgin with the virgin. The adulterer is to be flogged one hundred lashes and stoned to death with stones. The virgin is to be flogged one hundred lashes and banished for one year."

كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ إِذَا أُنْزِلَ عَلَيْهِ كَرْبٌ لِذَلِكَ وَتَرَبَّدَ لَهُ وَجْهُهُ فَأُنْزِلَ عَلَيْهِ ذَاتَ يَوْمٍ فَلَمَّا سُرِّيَ عَنْهُ قَالَ ﷺ «خُذُوا عَنِّي قَدْ جَعَلَ اللَّهُ لَهُنَّ سَبِيلًا الثَّيِّبُ بِالثَّيِّبِ وَالْبِكْرُ بِالْبِكْرِ الثَّيِّبُ بِالثَّيِّبِ جَلْدُ مِائَةٍ ثُمَّ رَجْمٌ بِالْحِجَارَةِ وَالْبِكْرُ بِالْبِكْرِ جَلْدُ مِائَةٍ ثُمَّ نَفْيُ سَنَةٍ»

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ «خُذُوا عَنِّي خُذُوا عَنِّي قَدْ جَعَلَ اللهُ لَهُنَّ سَبِيلًا الْبِكْرُ بِالْبِكْرِ جَلْدُ مِائَةٍ وَنَفْيُ سَنَةٍ وَالثَّيِّبُ بِالثَّيِّبِ جَلْدُ مِائَةٍ وَرَجْمٌ بِالْحِجَارَةِ»

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Take from me: Allah has prescribed a way for them. For the virgin, the punishment is one hundred lashes and one year of exile. And for the married adulterer, the punishment is one hundred lashes. This stoning punishment is the narration of Yahya and in the narration of Amr and Tughriq."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ خُذُوا عَنِّي قَدْ جَعَلَ اللهُ لَهُنَّ سَبِيلًا الْبِكْرُ بِالْبِكْرِ جَلْدُ مِائَةٍ وَنَفْيُ سَنَةٍ وَالثَّيِّبُ بِالثَّيِّبِ جَلْدُ مِائَةٍ وَالرَّجْمُ هَذَا حَدِيثُ يَحْيَى وَفِي رِوَايَةِ عَمْرٍو وَتَغْرِيبُ عَامٍ

"خُذُوا عَنِّى، خُذُوا عنِّى. قَدْ جَعَلَ اللَّه لَهُنَّ سَبِيلًا: الْبِكْرُ بِالْبِكْرِ جَلْدُ مِائَةٍ ونَفْىُ سَنَةٍ، والثَّيِّبُ بِالثَّيِّب جَلدُ مائةٍ والرجم".

"كَانَ رسُولُ الله ﷺ إِذَا نُزِّلَ عَليْهِ تَرَبَّدَ لِذَلكَ وَجْهُهُ، فَأنزِلَ ذَاتَ يَوْمٍ فَلَقى (كذلكَ) فَلَمَّا سُرِّىَ عَنْهُ قَالَ: خُذُوا عنِّى، قَدْ جَعَلَ الله لَهُنَّ سَبِيلًا، الثَّيِّبُ بالثِّيِّبِّ جَلدُ مائَة ثُمَّ رَجْمٌ بالحَجَّارَةِ، والبِكْرُ بالبِكْرِ جَلدُ مِائَةٍ ثُمَّ نَفْىُ سَنَةٍ".

"عَنِ الحَسَنِ قَالَ: أَوْحَى اللَّهُ إِلَى النَّبىِّ ﷺ ثُمَّ قَالَ: خُذُوا مِنِّى خُذُوا، فَجَعَلَ اللَّهُ لَهُنَّ سَبِيلًا، الثَّيِّبُ بِالثَّيِّبِ جَلْدُ مِائَةٍ وَالرَّجْمُ، وَالبِكْرُ بِالبِكْرِ جَلْدُ مِائَةٍ وَنَفْىُ سَنَةٍ".
