The Prophet ﷺ said, "If anyone of you on having sexual relations with his wife said (and he must say it before starting) 'In the name of Allah. O Allah! Protect us from Satan and also protect what you bestow upon us (i.e. the coming offspring) from Satan, and if it is destined that they should have a child then, Satan will never be able to harm that offspring."

يَبْلُغُ بِهِ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ لَوْ أَنَّ أَحَدَكُمْ إِذَا أَتَى أَهْلَهُ قَالَ بِسْمِ اللَّهِ اللَّهُمَّ جَنِّبْنَا الشَّيْطَانَ وَجَنِّبِ الشَّيْطَانَ مَا رَزَقْتَنَا فَقُضِيَ بَيْنَهُمَا وَلَدٌ لَمْ يَضُرَّهُ

The Prophet ﷺ said, "If anyone of you, when having sexual relation with his wife, say: 'In the name of Allah. O Allah! Protect us from Satan and prevent Satan from approaching our offspring you are going to give us,' and if he begets a child (as a result of that relation) Satan will not harm it."

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ أَمَا إِنَّ أَحَدَكُمْ إِذَا أَتَى أَهْلَهُ وَقَالَ بِسْمِ اللَّهِ اللَّهُمَّ جَنِّبْنَا الشَّيْطَانَ وَجَنِّبِ الشَّيْطَانَ مَا رَزَقْتَنَا فَرُزِقَا وَلَدًا لَمْ يَضُرُّهُ الشَّيْطَانُ

The Prophet ﷺ said, "If anyone of you, when having sexual intercourse with his wife, says: Bismillah, Allahumma jannibni-Sh-Shaitan wa jannib-ish-Shaitan ma razaqtana, and if it is destined that they should have a child, then Satan will never be able to harm him."

قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ أَمَا لَوْ أَنَّ أَحَدَهُمْ يَقُولُ حِينَ يَأْتِي أَهْلَهُ بِاسْمِ اللَّهِ اللَّهُمَّ جَنِّبْنِي الشَّيْطَانَ وَجَنِّبِ الشَّيْطَانَ مَا رَزَقْتَنَا ثُمَّ قُدِّرَ بَيْنَهُمَا فِي ذَلِكَ أَوْ قُضِيَ وَلَدٌ لَمْ يَضُرَّهُ شَيْطَانٌ أَبَدًا

Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "If anyone of you, when intending to have a sexual relation (sleep) with his wife, says: Bismillah, Allahumma jannibna ashShaitan, wa Jannib ash-Shaitana ma razaqtana, Satan would never harm that child, should it be ordained that they will have one. (Because of that sleep).

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ لَوْ أَنَّ أَحَدَكُمْ إِذَا أَرَادَ أَنْ يَأْتِيَ أَهْلَهُ فَقَالَ بِاسْمِ اللَّهِ اللَّهُمَّ جَنِّبْنَا الشَّيْطَانَ وَجَنِّبِ الشَّيْطَانَ مَا رَزَقْتَنَا فَإِنَّهُ إِنْ يُقَدَّرْ بَيْنَهُمَا وَلَدٌ فِي ذَلِكَ لَمْ يَضُرُّهُ شَيْطَانٌ أَبَدًا

The Prophet ﷺ said, "If anyone of you, when intending to have a sexual intercourse with his wife, says: 'Bismillah, Allahumma jannibna-sh-shaitan, wa jannibi-sh-shaitan ma razaqtana,' and if the couple are destined to have a child (out of that very sexual relation), then Satan will never be able to harm that child."

قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ لَوْ أَنَّ أَحَدَهُمْ إِذَا أَرَادَ أَنْ يَأْتِيَ أَهْلَهُ قَالَ بِاسْمِ اللَّهِ اللَّهُمَّ جَنِّبْنَا الشَّيْطَانَ وَجَنِّبِ الشَّيْطَانَ مَا رَزَقْتَنَا فَإِنَّهُ إِنْ يُقَدَّرْ بَيْنَهُمَا وَلَدٌ فِي ذَلِكَ لَمْ يَضُرَّهُ شَيْطَانٌ أَبَدًا

If anyone amongst you intends to go to his wife he should say: In the name of Allah,0 Allah protect us against Satan and keep away the Satan from the one that you have bestowed upon us, and if He has ordained a male child for them, Satan will never be able to do any harm to him.

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ لَوْ أَنَّ أَحَدَهُمْ إِذَا أَرَادَ أَنْ يَأْتِيَ أَهْلَهُ قَالَ بِاسْمِ اللَّهِ اللَّهُمَّ جَنِّبْنَا الشَّيْطَانَ وَجَنِّبِ الشَّيْطَانَ مَا رَزَقْتَنَا فَإِنَّهُ إِنْ يُقَدَّرْ بَيْنَهُمَا وَلَدٌ فِي ذَلِكَ لَمْ يَضُرَّهُ شَيْطَانٌ أَبَدًا

Ibn ‘Abbas reported the Prophet ﷺ as saying “If anyone who means to have intercourse with his wife says “In the name of Allaah, O Allaah, keep us away from the devil and keep the devil away from what You hast provided us.” It will be ordained that no devil will ever harm the child born to them.

قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ لَوْ أَنَّ أَحَدَكُمْ إِذَا أَرَادَ أَنْ يَأْتِيَ أَهْلَهُ قَالَ بِسْمِ اللَّهِ اللَّهُمَّ جَنِّبْنَا الشَّيْطَانَ وَجَنِّبِ الشَّيْطَانَ مَا رَزَقْتَنَا ثُمَّ قُدِّرَ أَنْ يَكُونَ بَيْنَهُمَا وَلَدٌ فِي ذَلِكَ لَمْ يَضُرَّهُ شَيْطَانٌ أَبَدًا

The Messenger of Allah said: "If anyone of you, when having sexual intercourse with his wife, says: (Bismillah, Allahumma jannibnash-Shaitana wa jannibish-Shaitana ma razaqtana) 'In the Name of Allah, O Allah! Protect me from Shaitan and protect what you bestow upon us from Shaitan' - then if Allah decrees that they should have a child, Shaitan will not be able to harm him.'"

قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ لَوْ أَنَّ أَحَدَكُمْ إِذَا أَتَى أَهْلَهُ قَالَ بِسْمِ اللَّهِ اللَّهُمَّ جَنِّبْنَا الشَّيْطَانَ وَجَنِّبِ الشَّيْطَانَ مَا رَزَقْتَنَا فَإِنْ قَضَى اللَّهُ بَيْنَهُمَا وَلَدًا لَمْ يَضُرَّهُ الشَّيْطَانُ

that the Prophet said: “When anyone of you has intercourse with his wife, let him say: Allahumma jannibnish-Shaitana wa jannibish-Shaitana ma razaqtani (O Allah, keep Satan away from me and keep Satan away from that with which You bless me).' Then if they have a child, Allah will never allow Satan to gain control over him or he will never harm him.”

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ لَوْ أَنَّ أَحَدَكُمْ إِذَا أَتَى امْرَأَتَهُ قَالَ اللَّهُمَّ جَنِّبْنِي الشَّيْطَانَ وَجَنِّبِ الشَّيْطَانَ مَا رَزَقْتَنِي ثُمَّ كَانَ بَيْنَهُمَا وَلَدٌ لَمْ يُسَلِّطِ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ الشَّيْطَانَ أَوْ لَمْ يَضُرَّهُ

Ibn ‘Abbas reported the Prophet ﷺ as saying “If anyone who means to have intercourse with his wife says “In the name of Allaah, O Allaah, keep us away from the devil and keep the devil away from what You hast provided us.” It will be ordained that no devil will ever harm the child born to them. قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَيَعْجِزُ أَحَدُكُمْ إِذَا أَتَى أَهْلَهُ أَنْ يَقُولَ بِسْمِ اللهِ اللهُمَّ جَنِّبْنِي الشَّيْطَانَ وَجَنِّبِ الشَّيْطَانَ مَا رَزَقْتَنِي فَإِنِ قَضَى اللهُ بَيْنَهُمَا فِي ذَلِكَ وَلَدًا لَمْ يَضُرَّهُ الشَّيْطَانُ أَبَدًا

The Prophet ﷺ said, "If anyone of you on having sexual relations with his wife said (and he must say it before starting) 'In the name of Allah. O Allah! أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ «أَمَا إِنَّ أَحَدَكُمْ لَوْ أَنَّهُ إِذَا أَرَادَ أَنْ يَأْتِيَ أَهْلَهُ قَالَ بِسْمِ اللَّهِ اللَّهُمَّ جَنِّبْنَا الشَّيْطَانَ وَجَنِّبِ الشَّيْطَانَ مَا رَزَقْتَنَا ثُمَّ رُزِقَا وَلَدًا لَمْ يَضُرَّهُ الشَّيْطَانُ»

[Machine] That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Let not any of you come to his family and say, 'In the name of Allah, O Allah, keep Satan away from me and keep him away from what You have blessed me with,' for if it is decreed that there will be a child between them, Satan will never harm him."

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ لَا يَعْجِزَنَّ أَحَدَكُمْ إِذَا أَتَى أَهْلَهُ أَنْ يَقُولَ بِسْمِ اللهِ اللهُمَّ جَنِّبْنِي وَجَنِّبْ مَا رَزَقْتَنِي الشَّيْطَانَ الرَّجِيمَ فَإِنْ قُدِّرَ أَنْ يَكُونَ بَيْنَهُمَا وَلَدٌ لَمْ يَضُرَّهُ شَيْطَانٌ أَبَدًا

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said: "There is no one who, when they want to be intimate with their spouse, says: 'In the name of Allah, O Allah, protect us from Satan and keep Satan away from what You have blessed us with.' Then, if they are blessed with a child, Satan will not harm that child."

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ مَا مِنْ أَحَدٍ لَوْ أَنَّهُ أَرَادَ أَنْ يَأْتِيَ أَهْلَهُ قَالَ بِسْمِ اللهِ اللهُمَّ جَنِّبْنَا الشَّيْطَانَ وَجَنِّبِ الشَّيْطَانَ مَا رَزَقْتَنَا ثُمَّ رُزِقَ أَوْ قُضِي بَيْنَهُمَا وَلَدٌ لَمْ يَضُرَّهُ الشَّيْطَانُ

"لا يَعْجِزَنَّ أحَدُكُمْ إِذَا أتَى أهْلَهُ أنْ يَقُولَ: بِسْم اللهِ، اللَّهُمَّ جنِّبْنِي وَجنِّبْ مَا رَزَقتَنِي مِنَ الشَّيطَانِ الرجيم، فَإِنْ قُدِّرَ أنْ يكُونَ بَينَهُمَا ولَد لَمْ يَضُرَّهُ شَيطَانٌ أبَدًا".

"لَوْ أن أَحَدَكُمْ إِذَا أرادَ أَن يأتِى أَهْلَهُ، قَال: بسم الله -اللَّهُمَّ جنِّبْنَا الشَّيطَانَ، وَجنِّبِ الشَّيطَانَ مَا رَزَقْتَنَا، فَإنهُ إِنْ قُضى بَينَهُمَا وَلَدٌ من ذَلكَ لَمْ يَضُرُّه الشيطَانُ أَبَدًا".

"عَنِ ابْن عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ : أَيَعْجزُ أَحَدُكُمْ إِذَا أَتَى أَهْلَهُ أَنْ يَقُولَ: (بِسْم اللهِ، اللَّهُمَّ جَنِّبْنِي مِنَ الشِّيْطانِ، وَجنِّب الشَّيْطانَ مَا رَزَقتَنِي، فَإِن قُضِيَ بَيْنَهُمَا وَلَد لَمْ يَضُرَّهُ الشِّيْطَانُ أَبَدًا".
