رَاشِدُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ عُتْبَةَ بْنِ عَبْدٍ

tabarani:14451Jaʿfar b. Aḥmad al-Shāmī al-Kūfī > Jubārah b. Mughallis > Bishr b. ʿUmārah > al-Aḥwaṣ b. Ḥakīm > Rāshid b. Saʿd > ʿUtbah b. ʿAbd And ʾAbī al-Dardāʾ

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Eat suhoor (pre-dawn meal) until the end of the night." And he used to say, "It is a blessed meal."  

الطبراني:١٤٤٥١حَدَّثَنَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ الشَّامِيُّ الْكُوفِيُّ ثَنَا جُبَارَةُ بْنُ مُغَلِّسٍ ثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ عُمَارَةَ عَنِ الْأَحْوَصِ بْنِ حَكِيمٍ عَنْ رَاشِدِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ عَنْ عُتْبَةَ بْنِ عَبْدٍ وَأَبِي الدَّرْدَاءِ قَالَا

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «تَسَحَّرُوا مِنْ آخِرِ اللَّيْلِ» وَكَانَ يَقُولُ «هُوَ الْغَدَاءُ الْمُبَارَكُ»
