[Machine] That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Fasting and the Qur'an will intercede for the servant on the Day of Judgement. Fasting will say: 'O Lord, I prevented him from food and drink during the day, so allow me to intercede for him.' And the Qur'an will say: 'O Lord, I prevented him from sleep at night, so allow me to intercede for him.' So they will both be granted the permission to intercede."  

الطبراني:١٣٧٤٢حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْخَفَّافُ قَالَ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ قَالَ ثنا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي حُيَيٌّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ الصِّيَامُ وَالْقُرْآنُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ يَشْفَعَانِ لِلْعَبْدِ يَقُولُ الصِّيَامُ رَبِّ مَنَعْتُهُ الطَّعَامَ وَالشَّرَابَ بِالنَّهَارِ فَشَفِّعْنِي فِيهِ وَيَقُولُ الْقُرْآنُ رَبِّ مَنَعْتُهُ النَّوْمَ بِاللَّيْلِ فَشَفِّعْنِي فِيهِ فَيُشَفَّعَانِ
