"عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ المُسَيَّبِ، عَنْ أَسْمَاءَ بِنْتِ عُمَيْسٍ أَنَّهَا نُفِسَتْ بِمُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ بِذِي الحُلَيْفَةِ فَسَألَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ رَسُول اللهِ ﷺ فَأَمَرَهُ أَنْ يَأمُرَهَا أَنْ تَغْتَسِلَ وَتُهِلَّ".
ʿA'isha (Allah be pleased with her) reported that Asma' bint ʿUmais gave birth to Muhammad b Abu Bakr near Dhu'l-Hulaifa. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ commanded Abu Bakr to convey to her that she should take a bath and then enter into the state of Ihram.
نُفِسَتْ أَسْمَاءُ بِنْتُ عُمَيْسٍ بِمُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ بِالشَّجَرَةِ فَأَمَرَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ أَبَا بَكْرٍ يَأْمُرُهَا أَنْ تَغْتَسِلَ وَتُهِلَّ
Asma daughther of 'Umais gave birth to Muhammad bin Abi Bakr at Shajarah. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ commanded Abu Bakr to ask her to take a bath and wear ihram.
نُفِسَتْ أَسْمَاءُ بِنْتُ عُمَيْسٍ بِمُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ بِالشَّجَرَةِ فَأَمَرَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ أَبَا بَكْرٍ أَنْ تَغْتَسِلَ فَتُهِلَّ
“Asma’ bint ‘Umais gave birth to Muhammad bin Abi Bakr and sent word to the Prophet ﷺ. He told her to take a bath, fasten a cloth around her private part and begin the Talbiyah.”
نُفِسَتْ أَسْمَاءُ بِنْتُ عُمَيْسٍ بِمُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ فَأَرْسَلَتْ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَأَمَرَهَا أَنْ تَغْتَسِلَ وَتَسْتَثْفِرَ بِثَوْبٍ وَتُهِلَّ
“Asma’ bint ‘Umais gave birth at Shajarah, and the Messenger of Allah ﷺ told Abu Bakr to tell her to take a bath and begin the Talbiyah.” (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 2911)
عَنْ جَابِرٍ فِي حَدِيثِ أَسْمَاءَ بِنْتِ عُمَيْسٍ حِينَ نُفِسَتْ بِذِي الْحُلَيْفَةِ «فَأَمَرَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ أَبَا بَكْرٍ أَنْ يَأْمُرَهَا أَنْ تَغْتَسِلَ وَتُهِلَّ»
[Machine] She became engaged to Muhammad ibn Abi Bakr from the Banu Hulayfa tribe. Abu Bakr asked the Prophet ﷺ for advice, so the Prophet ordered him to command her to perform ghusl (ritual bath) and adorn herself.
أَنَّهَا نُفِسَتْ بِمُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ بِذِي الْحُلَيْفَةِ فَسَأَلَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ «فَأَمَرَهُ أَنْ يَأْمُرَهَا أَنْ تَغْتَسِلَ وَتُهِلَّ»
[AI] She gave birth to Muhammad ibn Abi Bakr at Dhu’l-Hulayfah. Abu Bakr asked the Prophet ﷺ about that, and he instructed him to tell her to bathe and to enter into ihram.
أَنَّهَا نَفِسَتْ بِمُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ بِذِي الْحُلَيْفَةِ فَسَأَلَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ عَنْ ذَلِكَ فَأَمَرَهُ أَنْ يَأْمُرَهَا أَنْ تَغْتَسِلَ وَتُهِلَّ
"عَنْ عَائِشةَ: أَنَّ أَسْمَاء بِنْت عُمَيْس نَفسَتْ بِذِي الحَليْفة فأَمرَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَبَا بَكْر أَنْ يَأْمُرهَا أَنْ تَغْتَسِلَ وَتُهِلَّ".
