“I know a word – (one of the narrators) ‘Uthman said: “a Verse” – which if all the people followed it, it would suffice them.” They said: “O Messenger of Allah, which Verse?” He said: “And whosoever fears Allah, He will make a way out for him.” [65:2]

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ إِنِّي لأَعْرِفُ كَلِمَةً وَقَالَ عُثْمَانُ آيَةً لَوْ أَخَذَ النَّاسُ كُلُّهُمْ بِهَا لَكَفَتْهُمْ قَالُوا يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَيَّةُ آيَةٍ قَالَ وَمَنْ يَتَّقِ اللَّهَ يَجْعَلْ لَهُ مَخْرَجًا

[AI] Abu Dharr used to make the Messenger of Allah ﷺ recite this verse: "And whoever fears Allah - He will make for him a way out and will provide for him from where he does not expect." [Surah At-Talaq 3]. Abu Dharr said, "So he would repeat it until I fell asleep, then he said, 'O Abu Dharr, if people were to adhere to this, it would suffice them.'"

أَبُو ذَرٍّ جَعَلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَتْلُو هَذِهِ الْآيَةَ {وَمَنْ يَتَّقِ اللَّهَ يَجْعَلْ لَهُ مَخْرَجًا وَيَرْزُقْهُ مِنْ حَيْثُ لَا يَحْتَسِبُ} [الطلاق 3] قَالَ فَجَعَلَ يُرَدِّدُهَا حَتَّى نَعَسْتُ فَقَالَ «يَا أَبَا ذَرٍّ لَوْ أَنَّ النَّاسَ أَخَذُوا بِهَا لَكَفَتْهُمْ»

[AI] The Prophet of Allah ﷺ recited this verse, "Whoever fears Allah, He will make for him a way out" [Surah At-Talaq 2], until the end of the verse, then he said, "O Abu Dhar, if all people were to hold onto this, it would be sufficient for them."

جَعَلَ نَبِيُّ اللهِ ﷺ يَتْلُو هَذِهِ الْآيَةَ {وَمَنْ يَتَّقِ اللهَ يَجْعَلْ لَهُ مَخْرَجًا} [الطلاق 2] حَتَّى خَتَمَ الْآيَةَ ثُمَّ قَالَ «يَا أَبَا ذَرٍّ لَوْ أَنَّ النَّاسَ كُلَّهُمْ أَخَذُوا بِهَا لَكَفَتْهُمْ»
