"عَنِ ابْنِ (مَسْعُودٍ) (*) قَالَ: مَنْ حَلَفَ فَقَالَ: إِن شَاءَ اللهُ لَمْ يَحْنَثْ".
"The Messenger of Allah said: 'Whoever swears an oath and says: If Allah wills, then he has made an exception.'"
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ مَنْ حَلَفَ فَقَالَ إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ فَقَدِ اسْتَثْنَى
"The Messenger of Allah said: 'Whoever swears an oath and says: If Allah wills, then he has made an exception.'"
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ مَنْ حَلَفَ فَقَالَ إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ فَقَدِ اسْتَثْنَى
That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Whoever swears [about an oath] and says: 'If Allah wills (Insha Allah), then he will not have broken it."
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ مَنْ حَلَفَ عَلَى يَمِينٍ فَقَالَ إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ لَمْ يَحْنَثْ
'Whoever swears an oath and says In sha' Allah, he will have made an exception."(2)
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ مَنْ حَلَفَ فَقَالَ إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ فَلَهُ ثُنْيَاهُ
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Whoever takes an oath and says, 'If Allah wills, I will not break it,' Abdul-Razzaq said, and he summarized it, meaning Ma'mar."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَنْ حَلَفَ فَقَالَ إِنْ شَاءَ اللهُ لَمْ يَحْنَثْ قَالَ عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ وَهُوَ اخْتَصَرَهُ يَعْنِي مَعْمَرًا
ذِكْرُ إِبَاحَةِ الِاسْتِثْنَاءِ لِلْحَالِفِ فِي يَمِينِهِ إِذَا أَعْقَبَهَا إِيَّاهُ
The Prophet ﷺ said: If anyone says when swearing an oath: "If Allah wills," he makes an exception. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 3261)
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «مَنْ حَلَفَ فَقَالَ إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ فَقَدِ اسْتَثْنَى»
ذِكْرُ الْخَبَرِ الْمُدْحِضِ قَوْلَ مَنْ زَعَمَ أَنَّ هَذَا الْخَبَرَ تَفَرَّدَ بِهِ أَيُّوبُ السَّخْتِيَانِيُّ
'Whoever swears an oath and says In sha' Allah, he will have made an exception."(2) (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 2104)
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «مَنْ حَلَفَ فَقَالَ إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ لَمْ يَحْنَثْ»
"مَنْ حَلَفَ فَقَال: إِنْ شَاءَ اللهُ لَمْ يَحْنَثْ".
