Kindness is not to be found in anything but that it adds to its beauty and it is not withdrawn from anything but it makes it defective.
[Machine] "He heard her saying, 'I was riding a difficult camel, so I started hitting it.' Then the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to me, 'Be gentle, for gentleness beautifies everything and is not removed from anything without spoiling it.'"
[Machine] Aisha rode a camel and it was difficult for her, so she started complaining. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to her, "Be gentle, for verily, gentleness is not in anything except that it beautifies it, and it is not removed from anything except that it tarnishes it."
Kindness is not to be found in anything but that it adds to its beauty and it is not withdrawn from anything but it makes it defective. (Using translation from Muslim 2594a)
