Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Both the buyer and the seller have the option of canceling or confirming a bargain unless they separate, or the sale is optional." (See Hadith No.320).

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ الْمُتَبَايِعَانِ كُلُّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا بِالْخِيَارِ عَلَى صَاحِبِهِ مَا لَمْ يَتَفَرَّقَا إِلاَّ بَيْعَ الْخِيَارِ

Both parties in a business transaction have the right to annul it so long as they have not separated; except in transactions which have been made subject to the right of parties to annul them.

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ الْبَيِّعَانِ كُلُّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا بِالْخِيَارِ عَلَى صَاحِبِهِ مَا لَمْ يَتَفَرَّقَا إِلاَّ بَيْعَ الْخِيَارِ

"Two traders have the choice as long as they have not separated, or, they have chosen to conclude the transaction."

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ الْبَيِّعَانِ بِالْخِيَارِ مَا لَمْ يَتَفَرَّقَا أَوْ يَكُونَ بَيْعُهُمَا عَنْ خِيَارٍ

"Two trades have the choice as long as until they reach a deal that suits both of them and they confirm it three times. "

أَنَّ نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ الْبَيِّعَانِ بِالْخِيَارِ حَتَّى يَتَفَرَّقَا أَوْ يَأْخُذَ كُلُّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا مِنَ الْبَيْعِ مَا هَوِيَ وَيَتَخَايَرَانِ ثَلاَثَ مَرَّاتٍ

"The Messenger of Allah said;" Two traders have the choice as long as they have not separated, or until they reach a deal that suits both of th4em or that is satisfactory (to both)"

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “The two parties to a transaction have the option (of cancelling it) so long as they have not parted or there is a condition which gives the option to cancel.ʿ (Using translation from Aḥmad 393)

[AI] The Prophet ﷺ said: "The two parties involved in a transaction have the option to cancel it as long as they have not separated, and each one must take what he is pleased with from the sale."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ الْبَيِّعَانِ بِالْخِيَارِ مَا لَمْ يَتَفَرَّقَا

Yahya related to me from Malik from Nafi from Abdullah ibn Umar that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Both parties in a business transaction have the right of withdrawal as long as they have not separated, except in the transaction called khiyar." Malik said, "There is no specified limit nor any matter which is applied in this case according to us."

أنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قالَ: «المُتَبايِعانِ كُلُّ واحِدٍ مِنهُما بِالخِيارِ عَلى صاحِبِهِ، ما لَمْ يَتَفَرَّقا إلّا بَيْعَ الخِيارِ» قالَ مالِكٌ: «ولَيْسَ لِهَذا عِنْدَنا حَدٌّ مَعْرُوفٌ، ولا أمْرٌ مَعْمُولٌ بِهِ فِيهِ»

[AI] The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said: "The two parties in a transaction have the option to cancel as long as they do not separate. Each one should take from the transaction what pleases them." He repeated this statement three times.

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ «الْبَيِّعَانِ بِالْخِيَارِ مَا لَمْ يَتَفَرَّقَا وَيَأْخُذُ كُلُّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا مِنَ الْبَيْعِ مَا يَهْوَى» قَالَهَا ثَلَاثًا

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «الْبَيِّعَانِ بِالْخِيَارِ مَا لَمْ يَتَفَرَّقَا»

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «الْبَيِّعَانِ بِالْخِيَارِ مَا لَمْ يَتَفَرَّقَا إِلَّا أَنْ يَكُونَ بَيْعُهُمَا بِالْخِيَارِ»

Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The seller and the buyer have the right to keep or return goods as long as they have not parted or till they part; and if both the parties spoke the truth and described the defects and qualities (of the goods), then they would be blessed in their transaction, and if they told lies or hid something, then the blessings of their transaction would be lost." عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «الْبَيِّعَانِ بِالْخِيَارِ مَا لَمْ يَتَفَرَّقَا»

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «كُلُّ بَيِّعَيْنِ لَا بَيْعَ بَيْنَهُمَا حَتَّى يَتَفَرَّقَا إِلَّا بَيْعَ الْخِيَارِ»

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ الْبَيِّعَانِ بِالْخِيَارِ مَا لَمْ يَتَفَرَّقَا وَيَأْخُذْ كُلُّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا مَا رَضِيَ مِنَ الْبَيْعِ

"المُتَبَايِعَانَ كُلُّ واحِدٍ منْهُمَا بالخيَارِ عَلَى صَاحبِهِ مَا لَمْ يَتَفَرَّقَا إِلا بَيع الخِيَارِ" .
