quran:20:24 –

Go to Pharaoh. Indeed, he has transgressed."  

Go, as a messenger ˹from God˺, to Pharaoh, and ˹to˺ those with him. He has indeed transgressed’, he has exceeded the ˹usual˺ limits in his disbelief by claiming to be a god.
القرآن:٢٠:٢٤ –

اذْهَبْ إِلَىٰ فِرْعَوْنَ إِنَّهُ طَغَىٰ  

{اذهب} رسولا {إلى فرعون} ومن معه {إنه طغى} جاوز الحد في كفره إلى ادعاء الإلهية.
