quran:16:31

Gardens of perpetual residence, which they will enter, beneath which rivers flow. They will have therein whatever they wish. Thus does Allah reward the righteous -  

Gardens of Eden, as a ˹place of˺ residence (jannātu ‘Adnin is a subject, the predicate of which is ˹what follows˺) which they will enter, ˹Gardens˺ underneath which rivers flow, wherein they shall have whatever they wish. So, ˹with such˺ a reward, God rewards the God-fearing,
القرآن:١٦:٣١

جَنَّاتُ عَدْنٍ يَدْخُلُونَهَا تَجْرِي مِنْ تَحْتِهَا الْأَنْهَارُ ۖ لَهُمْ فِيهَا مَا يَشَاءُونَ ۚ كَذَٰلِكَ يَجْزِي اللَّهُ الْمُتَّقِينَ  

{جنات عدن} إقامة مبتدأ خبره {يدخلونها تجري من تحتها الأنهار لهم فيها ما يشاءُون كذلك} الجزاء {يجزي الله المتقين}.

quran:20:76

Gardens of perpetual residence beneath which rivers flow, wherein they abide eternally. And that is the reward of one who purifies himself.  

the Gardens of Eden, that is to say, as a ˹place of˺ residence (this ˹jannātu ‘Adnin, ‘Gardens of Eden’˺ is an explication thereof ˹of al-darajātu’l-‘ulā, ‘the highest degrees’˺) underneath which rivers flow, abiding therein, and that is the reward of him who keeps pure, of sins.

جَنَّاتُ عَدْنٍ تَجْرِي مِنْ تَحْتِهَا الْأَنْهَارُ خَالِدِينَ فِيهَا ۚ وَذَٰلِكَ جَزَاءُ مَنْ تَزَكَّىٰ  

{جنات عدن} أي إقامة بيان له {تجري من تحتها الأنهار خالدين فيها وذلك جزاءُ من تزكى} تَطهَّر من الذنوب.
