"No one of you should urge someone to cancel a sale he has already agreed upon with his brother so as to sell him his own goods."

[Machine] Ibn Umar narrated that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ prohibited any of you from selling over the sale of his brother, except for spoils of war and inheritances.  

أحمد:٥٣٩٨حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنٌ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ قَالَسَمِعْتُ رَجُلًا سَأَلَ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ عَنْ بَيْعِ الْمُزَايَدَةِ فَقَالَ

ابْنُ عُمَرَ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَنْ يَبِيعَ أَحَدُكُمْ عَلَى بَيْعِ أَخِيهِ إِلَّا الْغَنَائِمَ وَالْمَوَارِيثَ  

ahmad:4722Yaḥyá > ʿUbaydullāh > Nāfiʿ > Ibn ʿUmar

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said, "None of you should sell upon the sale of his brother, nor propose to marry the betrothed of his brother, unless he gives permission."

ذِكْرُ الْبَيَانِ بِأَنَّ هَذَا الْفِعْلَ إِنَّمَا زُجِرَ عَنْهُ مَا لَمْ يَأْذَنِ الْبَائِعُ الْأَوَّلُ فِيهِ

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "None of you should sell the property of his brother without his permission."
