[Machine] Ibn Umar narrated that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ prohibited any of you from selling over the sale of his brother, except for spoils of war and inheritances.  

أحمد:٥٣٩٨ – حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنٌ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ قَالَسَمِعْتُ رَجُلًا سَأَلَ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ عَنْ بَيْعِ الْمُزَايَدَةِ فَقَالَ

ابْنُ عُمَرَ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَنْ يَبِيعَ أَحَدُكُمْ عَلَى بَيْعِ أَخِيهِ إِلَّا الْغَنَائِمَ وَالْمَوَارِيثَ

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "None of you should sell the property of his brother without his permission."

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ «لَا يَبِعْ أَحَدُكُمْ عَلَى بَيْعِ أَخِيهِ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِهِ»
