"The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'Clean earth is the Wudu' of the Muslim, even if he does not find water for ten years.'"
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ الصَّعِيدُ الطَّيِّبُ وَضُوءُ الْمُسْلِمِ وَإِنْ لَمْ يَجِدِ الْمَاءَ عَشْرَ سِنِينَ

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Indeed, the pure land and the light of a Muslim, even if he does not find water for ten years, then when he finds it, he should touch his skin with it, for indeed that is better."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِنَّ الصَّعِيدَ الطَّيِّبَ وَضُوءُ الْمُسْلِمِ وَإِنْ لَمْ يَجِدِ الْمَاءَ عَشْرَ سِنِينَ فَإِذَا وَجَدَهُ فَلْيُمِسَّهُ بَشَرَهُ فَإِنَّ ذَلِكَ هُوَ خَيْرٌ
