"I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: 'I am a Za'im - and the Za'im is the guarantor - for the one who believes in me and accepts Islam, and emigrates: A house on the outskirts of Paradise and a house in the middle of Paradise. And I am a guarantor, for the one who believes in me and accepts Islam, and strives in the cause of Allah: A house on the outskirts of Paradise and a house in the middle of Paradise and a house in the highest chambers of Paradise. Whoever does that and seeks goodness wherever it is, and avoids evil wherever it is, may die wherever he wants to die.'" (Using translation from Nasāʾī 3133)  

عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ مَالِكٍ الْجَنْبِيِّ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَا فَضَالَةَ بْنَ عُبَيْدٍ يَقُولُ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «أَنَا زَعِيمٌ وَالزَّعِيمُ الْحَمِيلُ لِمَنْ آمَنَ وَأَسْلَمَ وَجَاهَدَ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ بِبَيْتٍ فِي رَبَضِ الْجَنَّةِ وَبِبَيْتٍ فِي وَسَطِ الْجَنَّةِ وَأَنَا زَعِيمٌ لِمَنْ آمَنَ بِبَيْتٍ فِي وَسَطِ الْجَنَّةِ وَأَنَا زَعِيمٌ لِمَنْ آمَنَ وَأَسْلَمَ وَهَاجَرَ بِبَيْتٍ فِي رَبَضِ الْجَنَّةِ وَبِبَيْتٍ فِي وَسَطِ الْجَنَّةِ وَبِبَيْتٍ فِي أَعْلَى الْجَنَّةِ مَنْ فَعَلَ ذَلِكَ فَلَمْ يَدَعْ لِلْخَيْرِ مَطْلَبًا وَلَا مِنَ الشَّرِّ مَهْرَبًا يَمُوتُ حَيْثُ شَاءَ أَنْ يَمُوتَ»

[Machine] "Abu Ali Al-Janbi reported to him that he heard Fadalah ibn Ubayd saying, 'I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, 'I am the leader and the one who carries the burden for those who believe, embrace Islam, and migrate for the sake of a house in the suburbs of Paradise, a house in the middle of Paradise, and a house in the highest level of Paradise. Whoever does that will never be devoid of good nor escape from evil. So, let him die whenever he wishes to die.'"

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ أَنَا زَعِيمٌ وَالزَّعِيمُ الْحَمِيلُ لِمَنْ آمَنَ بِي وَأَسْلَمَ وَجَاهَدَ فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ بِبَيْتٍ فِي رَبَضِ الْجَنَّةِ وَبَيْتٍ فِي وَسَطِ الْجَنَّةِ وَأَنَا زَعِيمٌ لِمَنْ آمَنَ بِي وَأَسْلَمَ وَهَاجَرَ بِبَيْتٍ فِي رَبَضِ الْجَنَّةِ وَبِبَيْتٍ فِي وَسَطِ الْجَنَّةِ وَبِبَيْتٍ فِي أَعْلَى غُرَفِ الْجَنَّةِ فَمَنْ فَعَلَ ذَلِكَ فَلَمْ يَدَعْ لِلْخَيْرِ مَطْلَبًا وَلَا مِنَ الشَّرِّ مَهْرَبًا يَمُوتُ حَيْثُ يَشَاءُ أَنْ يَمُوتَ وَذَكَرَ الْمُزَنِيُّ هَا هُنَا حَدِيثَ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ فِي الضَّمَانِ وَإِسْنَادُ حَدِيثِ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ ضَعِيفٌ فَالْأَوْلَى بِنَا أَنْ نُقَدِّمَ مَا  

"أَنَا زعيمٌ لمن آمن بى وأَسلم وهاجر ببيتِ في رُبُض الجنَّة وببيت في وسط الجنَّة، وببيت في أَعلى غُرف الجنَّة، وأَنَا زْعيم لمن آمن بى وأسلم وجاهد في سبيل اللَّه ببيت في رُبُض الجنَّة، وببيت في وسَطِ الجنَّةِ، وببيت في أعلى غُرفِ الجنَّةِ، فمن فعل ذلك لم يدع للخير مطلبًا ولا من الشَّرِّ مهربًا، يموت حيث شاءَ أَنْ يموتَ" .  

"أَنَا زعيمٌ لمن آمن وأسلم وهاجر ببيت في ربُض الجنَّة، وبيت في وسط الجنَّةِ، وبيت في أَعلى الجنَّةِ، من فعل ذلك لم يدع للخير مطلبًا ولا من الشر مهربًا فليمت حيث شاءَ أَن يموت" .
