"I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: 'the Shaitan sits in the paths of the son of Adam. He sits waiting for him, in the path to Islam, and he says: Will you accept Islam, and leave your religion, and the religion of your forefathers? But he disobeys him and accepts Islam. Then he sits waiting for him, on the path to emigration, and he says: Will you emigrate and leave behind your land and sky? The one who emigrates is like a horse tethered to a peg. But he disobeys him and emigrates. Then he sits, waiting for him, on the path to Jihad, and he says: Will you fight in Jihad when it will cost you your life and your wealth? You will fight and be killed, and your wife will remarry, and your wealth will be divided. But he disobeys him and fights in Jihad.' The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'Whoever does that, then he had a right from Allah, the Mighty and Sublime, that He will admit him to paradise. Whoever is killed, he has a right from Allah, the Mighty and Sublime, that He will admit him to Paradise. If he is drowned, he has a right from Allah that He will admit him to paradise, or whoever is thrown by his mount and his neck is broken, he had a right from Allah that he will admit him to Paradise.'" "I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: 'the Shaitan sits in the paths of the son of Adam. سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ «إِنَّ الشَّيْطَانَ قَعَدَ لِابْنِ آدَمَ بِطَرِيقِ الْإِسْلَامِ فَقَالَ لَهُ تَسْلَمُ وَتَذَرُ دِينَكَ وَدِينَ آبَائِكَ فَعَصَاهُ فَأَسْلَمَ فَغَفَرَ لَهُ فَقَعَدَ لَهُ بِطَرِيقِ الْهِجْرَةِ فَقَالَ لَهُ تُهَاجِرُ وَتَذَرُ أَرْضَكَ وَسَمَاءَكَ فَعَصَاهُ فَهَاجَرَ فَقَعَدَ لَهُ بِطَرِيقِ الْجِهَادِ فَقَالَ لَهُ تُجَاهِدُ وَهُوَ جَهْدُ النَّفْسِ وَالْمَالِ فَتُقَاتِلُ فَتَقْتُلُ فَتُنْكَحُ الْمَرْأَةُ وَيُقْسَمُ الْمَالُ فَعَصَاهُ فَجَاهِدَ» فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «فَمَنْ فَعَلَ ذَلِكَ فَمَاتَ كَانَ حَقًّا عَلَى اللَّهِ أَنْ يُدْخِلَهُ الْجَنَّةَ أَوْ قُتِلَ كَانَ حَقًّا عَلَى اللَّهِ أَنْ يُدْخِلَهُ الْجَنَّةَ وَإِنْ غَرِقَ كَانَ حَقًّا عَلَى اللَّهِ أَنْ يُدْخِلَهُ الْجَنَّةَ أَوْ وَقَصَتْهُ دَابَّةٌ كَانَ حَقًّا عَلَى اللَّهِ أَنْ يُدْخِلَهُ الْجَنَّةُ»  

[Machine] On the authority of Sibrat ibn Abi Fakih, who was one of the Companions of the Prophet ﷺ , he said: I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, "Indeed, Satan sits in the pathways of the son of Adam, calling him to all of them. Then he sits on his path to Islam and says, 'Will you submit and leave your religion and the religion of your forefathers?' Then he sits on his path to migration and says, 'Will you migrate and leave your homeland, so you will be like a horse in its length?' Then he sits on his path to Jihad and says, 'Will you strive and get killed, and then your wife will be married to someone else and your wealth will be divided?' The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, 'So whoever does that, Allah guarantees for him Paradise.'"  

عَنْ سَبْرَةَ بْنِ أَبِي فَاكِهٍ وَكَانَ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ إِنَّ الشَّيْطَانَ قَعَدَ لِابْنِ آدَمَ بِأَطْرُقِهِ كُلِّهَا فَقَعَدَ لَهُ بِطَرِيقِ الْإِسْلَامِ فَقَالَ تُسْلِمُ وَتَدَعُ دِينَكَ وَدِينَ آبَائِكَ؟ ثُمَّ قَعَدَ لَهُ بِطَرِيقِ الْهِجْرَةِ فَقَالَ تُهَاجِرُ وَتَدَعُ مَوْلِدَكَ فَتَكُونُ كَالْفَرَسِ فِي طِوَلِهِ؟ ثُمَّ قَعَدَ لَهُ بِطَرِيقِ الْجِهَادِ فَقَالَ تُجَاهِدُ؟ فَتُقْتَلُ فَتُزَوَّجُ امْرَأَتُكَ وَيُقَّسَمُ مَالُكَ ؟ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «فَمَنْ فَعَلَ ذَلِكَ ضَمِنَ اللهُ لَهُ الْجَنَّةَ»

"إِنَّ الشَّيطَانَ قَعد لابْن آدَم بِطُرقِه فَقَعَد لَهُ بِطَريقِ الإِسْلامِ فَقَال: تُسْلِمُ، وتَذَرُ دِينَكَ وَدينَ آبَائِكَ، وآباءِ أَبِيكَ؟ فَعَصَاهُ فَأَسْلَمَ ثُمَّ قَعد لَهُ بِطَرِيقِ الْهِجْرة فَقَال: تُهَاجِرُ، وَتَدَع أَرْضَكَ وسَمَاءَك. وَإنَّما مِثَلُ الْمُهاجِرِ كِمَثَلِ الْفَرَسِ في الطِّوَلِ ؟ فَعَصَاهُ فَهَاجَرَ، ثُمَّ قَعَدَ لَهُ بطَريق الجهادِ فَقَال: تُجَاهِدُ فَهُوَ جَهْدُ النَّفْسِ وَالْمالِ فَتُقَاتِلُ فَتُقْتَلُ فَتُنْكَحُ الْمَرْأَةُ، وَيُقَسَّمُ الْمَالُ؟ فَعَصَاهُ فَجَاهَدَ، فُمَنْ فَعَلَ ذَلِكَ كَانَ حَقًّا عَلَى الله أَنْ يُدْخِلَهُ الْجَنَّةَ، وَمَنْ قُتِلَ كَانَ حقًّا عَلَى الله أَنْ يُدْخِلَهُ الجَنَّةَ. وإِنْ غَرِقَ كَانَ حَقًّا عَلَى الله أَنْ يُدْخِلَهُ الْجَنَّةَ، أَوْ وَقَصَته دابَّته كَانَ حَقًّا عَلَى الله أَنْ يُدْخِلَهُ الْجَنَّةَ".  

" عَنْ سَالِم بنِ أَبِى الْجَعْدِ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِى جَابِرُ بْنُ سَبْرَةَ الأَسَدِىُّ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ الله ﷺ يَقُولُ: وَهُوَ يَذْكُرُ الْجِهَادَ، فَقَالَ: إِنَّ الشَّيْطَانَ جَلَسَ لابْنِ آدَمَ بِطُرُقِهِ، فَجَلَسَ لَهُ عَلى طَريقِ الإسْلاَمِ، فَقَالَ: تُسْلِمُ وَتَدعُ دِينَكَ وَدِينَ آبَائِكَ؟ ! فَعَصَاهُ فَأَسْلَمَ، ثُمَّ أَتَاهُ مِنْ قِبَلِ الْهِجْرَةَ، وَقَالَ: تُهَاجرُ وَتَدْفَعُ أَرْضَكَ وَسَمَاءَكَ وَمَوْلِدَكَ وَتُضَيِّعُ عِيَالَكَ؟ ! فَعَصَاهُ فَهَاجَرَ، ثُمَّ أَتاهُ مِنْ قِبَلِ الْجِهَادِ، فَقَالَ: تُجَاهِدُ فَيُهْرَاقُ دَمُكَ، وَتُنْكَحُ زَوْجَتُكَ، وَيُقَسَّمُ مَالُكَ، وَتُضَيَّعُ عِيَالُكَ؟ فَعَصَاهُ فَجَاهَدَ، قَالَ رَسُولُ الله ﷺ : فَحَقٌّ عَلَى الله مَنْ فَعَلَ ذَلِكَ فَخَرَّ مِنْ دَابَتِهِ فَمَاتَ وَقَعَ أَجْرُهُ عَلَى الله، وَإِنْ لَسَعَتْهُ الدَّابَّةُ فَمَاتَ فَقَدْ وَقَعَ أَجْرُهُ عَلَى الله وَإِنْ قُتِلَ فَقَضَى فَحَقٌ عَلَى الله أَنْ يُدْخِلَهُ الْجَنَّةَ".
