[Machine] "Whoever frees a slave from his own wealth has indeed freed him if he possesses wealth."

الكبرى للنسائي:٤٩٤٩ – أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ بَشِيرِ بْنِ نَهِيكٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنْ نَبِيِّ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ

«مَنْ أَعْتَقَ شَقِيصًا مِنْ مَمْلُوكٍ عَتَقَ مِنْ مَالِهِ إِنْ كَانَ لَهُ مَالٌ»

" He who emancipates a portion in a slave, he should (secure full) freedom for him from his property."

مسلم:١٥٠٣d – وَحَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُعَاذٍ حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ قَالَ

مَنْ أَعْتَقَ شَقِيصًا مِنْ مَمْلُوكٍ فَهُوَ حُرٌّ مِنْ مَالِهِ

ahmad:10873 – Azhar b. al-Qāsim > Hishām > Qatādah > Bashīr b. Nahīk > Abū Hurayrah > Nabī Allāh ﷺ

[Machine] The Prophet of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever emancipates a portion from his slave's share, his slave will be freed from his own wealth if he possesses any."

أحمد:١٠٨٧٣ – حَدَّثَنَا أَزْهَرُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ بَشِيرِ بْنِ نَهِيكٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ

أَنَّ نَبِيَّ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ مَنْ أَعْتَقَ نَصِيبًا لَهُ مِنْ مَمْلُوكٍ عُتِقَ مِنْ مَالِهِ إِنْ كَانَ لَهُ مَالٌ

nasai-kubra:4941 – Abū Bakr b. Nāfiʿ > Muʿtamir b. Sulaymān > Yūnus b. ʿAbd > Nāfiʿ > Ibn ʿUmar

[Machine] On the authority of the Prophet ﷺ , he said, "Whoever frees a slave from his own possession, and if he has wealth, we shall help him with it."

الكبرى للنسائي:٤٩٤١ – عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ نَافِعٍ عَنْ مُعْتَمِرِ بْنِ سُلَيْمَانَ عَنْ يُونُسَ بْنِ عَبْدٍ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «مَنْ أَعْتَقَ شَقِيصًا فِي مَمْلُوكٍ فَإِنْ كَانَ لَهُ مَالٌ قَوَّمْنَاهُ عَلَيْهِ»

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said, "Whoever sets free a share for himself from a slave, should set him free from his own wealth if he has it."
