مَنْ أَعْتَقَ شَقِيصًا مِنْ مَمْلُوكٍ فَهُوَ حُرٌّ مِنْ مَالِهِ
That the Prophet ﷺ said, "Whoever frees his portion of a (common) slave."
قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ {مَنْ أَعْتَقَ شَقِيصًا مِنْ عَبْدٍ }
