[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Fasting on the day of Arafah expiates the sins of the previous year and the coming year, and fasting on the day of Ashura expiates the sins of one year."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «صَوْمُ يَوْمِ عَرَفَةَ كَفَّارَةُ سَنَتَيْنِ سَنَةٍ قَبْلَهُ وَسَنَةٍ بَعْدَهُ وَصَوْمُ يَوْمِ عَاشُورَاءَ كَفَّارَةُ سَنَةٍ»
[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said: "Fasting the day of Arafat expiates the sins of the previous year and the coming year, and fasting the day of Ashura expiates the sins of a year."
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ صَوْمُ يَوْمِ عَرَفَةَ كَفَّارَةُ سَنَتَيْنِ سَنَةٍ مَاضِيَةٍ وَسَنَةٍ مُسْتَقْبَلَةٍ وَصَوْمُ يَوْمِ عَاشُورَاءَ كَفَّارَةُ سَنَةٍ
[Machine] On the authority of the Prophet ﷺ who said, "The fasting of Arafat is an expiation for the sins of the previous year and the coming year."
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «صِيَامُ عَرَفَةَ كَفَّارَةُ سَنَةٍ قَبْلَهُ وَسَنَةٍ بَعْدَهُ»

النَّبِيَّ ﷺ صَوْمُ يَوْمِ عَرَفَةَ كَفَّارَةُ سَنَةٍ وَالَّتِي تَلِيهَا وَصَوْمُ يَوْمِ عَاشُورَاءَ كَفَّارَةُ سَنَةٍ
"صَوْمُ يَوم التروية كفَّارَةُ سَنَةٍ، وَصَوْمُ يَوْم عَرَفة كَفَّارَةُ سَنَتَينِ".
"صِيَامُ يَوْم عَرَفَةَ كَفَّارَةُ سَنَتَينِ: سَنَةٍ قَبْلَها، وَسَنَةٍ بَعْدَهَا".
"عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ: صِيَامُ يَوْمِ عَرَفَةَ يَعْدِلُ سَنَةً قَبْلَهُ وَسَنَةً بَعْدَهُ، وَصَوْمُ عَاشُوَراءَ كَفَّارَةُ سَنَة".
