46. Seeking Refuge
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to say: "O Allah, I seek refuge in Thee from four things: Knowledge which does not profit, a heart which is not submissive, a soul which has an insatiable appetite, and a supplication which is not heard." (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 1548)
The Prophet [SAW] used to seek refuge (with Allah) from four things: From knowledge that is of no benefit, from a heart that does not feel humble, from a supplication that is not heard, and a soul that is never satisfied. (Using translation from Nasāʾī 5442)
