Muhammad, have you fallen ill? Thereupon he said: Yes. He (Gabriel) said: "In the name of Allah I exorcise you from everything and safeguard you from every evil that may harm you and from the eye of a jealous one. Allah would cure you and I invoke the name of Allah for you."  

أَنَّ جِبْرِيلَ أَتَى النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَقَالَ يَا مُحَمَّدُ اشْتَكَيْتَ فَقَالَ نَعَمْ قَالَ بِاسْمِ اللَّهِ أَرْقِيكَ مِنْ كُلِّ شَىْءٍ يُؤْذِيكَ مِنْ شَرِّ كُلِّ نَفْسٍ أَوْ عَيْنِ حَاسِدٍ اللَّهُ يَشْفِيكَ بِاسْمِ اللَّهِ أَرْقِيكَ  

Jibril came to the Prophet and said: "O Muhammad! Are you suffering?" He said: "Yes." He said: "In the Name of Allah, I recite a prayer (Ruqyah) over you, from the evil of every person and evil eye. In the Name of Allah I recite a prayer (Ruqyah) over you, may Allah cure you."  

أَنَّ جِبْرِيلَ أَتَى النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَقَالَ يَا مُحَمَّدُ اشْتَكَيْتَ قَالَ نَعَمْ قَالَ بِاسْمِ اللَّهِ أَرْقِيكَ مِنْ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ يُؤْذِيكَ مِنْ شَرِّ كُلِّ نَفْسٍ وَعَيْنِ حَاسِدٍ بِاسْمِ اللَّهِ أَرْقِيكَ وَاللَّهُ يَشْفِيكَ  

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ complained, so Jibril (Gabriel) came to him and said, "In the name of Allah, I seek to protect you from everything that harms you, from every envious person and from the evil eye. May Allah heal you."  

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ اشْتَكَى فَأَتَاهُ جِبْرِيلُ فَقَالَ بِسْمِ اللهِ أَرْقِيكَ مِنْ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ يُؤْذِيكَ مِنْ كُلِّ حَاسِدٍ وَعَيْنٍ اللهُ يَشْفِيكَ  

“O Muhammad, you are ill. He said: ‘Yes.’ He said: Bismillahi arqika, min kulli shay’in yu’dhika, min sharri kulli nafsin aw ‘aynin aw hasidin. Allahu yashfika, bismillahi arqika (In the Name of Allah I perform Ruqyah for you, from everything that is harming you, from the evil of every soul or envious eye, may Allah heal you. In the Name of Allah I perform Ruqyah for you). (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 3523)   

أَنَّ جِبْرِيلَ عَلَيْهِ السَّلَامُ أَتَى النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَقَالَ اشْتَكَيْتَ يَا مُحَمَّدُ؟ فَقَالَ نَعَمْ فَقَالَ بِسْمِ اللهِ أَرْقِيكَ مِنْ كُلِّشَيْءٍ يُؤْذِيكَ مِنْ شَرِّ كُلِّ عَيْنٍ وَنَفْسٍ يَشْفِيكَ بِسْمِ اللهِ أَرْقِيكَ  

“O Muhammad, you are ill. He said: ‘Yes.’ He said: Bismillahi arqika, min kulli shay’in yu’dhika, min sharri kulli nafsin aw ‘aynin aw hasidin. [Machine] "Narrated from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ that Gabriel came to him while thundering and said, 'In the name of Allah, I seek refuge for you from everything that may harm you, from every envious person and from every evil eye, and in the name of Allah, I pray for your healing.'"  

عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ أَنَّ جِبْرِيلَ أَتَاهُ وَهُوَ يُرْعِدُ فَقَالَ باِسْمِ اللهِ أَرْقِيكَ مِنْ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ يُؤْذِيكَ مِنْ كُلِّ حَسَدِ حَاسِدٍ وَكُلِّ عَيْنٍ وَاسْمُ اللهِ يَشْفِيكَ  

“O Muhammad, you are ill. He said: ‘Yes.’ He said: Bismillahi arqika, min kulli shay’in yu’dhika, min sharri kulli nafsin aw ‘aynin aw hasidin. "أتانى جبريل فقال: يا محمَّدُ اشتكيت؟ قلتُ: نعم. قال: باسم الله أرقيك من كل شيءٍ يُؤذيكَ، من شرَّ كلَّ نفْسٍ وعينِ حاسدٍ، باسم الله أرقيكَ والله يشفيِكَ".
