ذِكْرُ اسْتِغْفَارِ الْمَلَكِ لِلْبَائِتِ مُتَطَهِّرًا عِنْدَ اسْتِيقَاظِهِ

ibnhibban:1051 – Muḥammad b. Ṣāliḥ b. Dharīḥ Biʿukbarā

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever sleeps in a state of purity, an angel will spend the night with him, and the angel will not wake up but say, 'O Allah, forgive Your servant so and so, for he went to sleep in a state of purity.'"  

ابن حبّان:١٠٥١ – أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ صَالِحِ بْنِ ذَرِيحٍ بِعُكْبَرَا حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ جَوَّاسٍ الْحَنَفِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ ذَكْوَانَ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ الْأَحْوَلِ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ * قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «مَنْ بَاتَ طَاهِرًا بَاتَ فِي شِعَارِهِ مَلَكٌ فَلَمْ يَسْتَيْقِظْ إِلَّا قَالَ الْمَلَكُ اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِعَبْدِكَ فُلَانٍ فَإِنَّهُ بَاتَ طَاهِرًا»

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ طَهِّرُوا هَذِهِ الْأَجْسَادَ طَهَّرَكُمُ اللهُ مَا مِنْ عَبْدٍ بَاتَ طَاهِرًا إِلَّا بَاتَ فِي شِعَارِهِ مَلَكٌ كُلَّمَا تَقَلَّبَ مِنَ اللَّيْلِ سَاعَةً قَالَ الْمَلَكُ اللهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِعَبْدِكَ كَمَا بَاتَ طَاهِرًا
