[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Verily, Satan said: 'By Your honor, O Lord, I will not cease to mislead Your servants as long as their souls are in their bodies.' So the Lord, Blessed and Exalted is He, said: 'By My honor, majesty, and greatness, I will continue to forgive them as long as they seek forgiveness from Me.'"  

الحاكم:٧٦٧٢ – أَخْبَرَنِي أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ مِهْرَانَ ثَنَا أَبِي ثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ سَوَّادٍ السَّرْحِيُّ ثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ الْحَارِثِ عَنْ دَرَّاجٍ عَنْ أَبِي الْهَيْثَمِ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ إِنَّ الشَّيْطَانَ قَالَ وَعِزَّتِكَ يَا رَبِّ لَا أَبْرَحُ أُغْوِي عِبَادَكَ مَا دَامَتْ أَرْوَاحُهُمْ فِي أَجْسَادِهِمْ فَقَالَ الرَّبُّ تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى وَعِزَّتِي وَجَلَالِي لَا أَزَالُ أَغْفِرُ لَهُمْ مَا اسْتَغْفَرُونِي  

«هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ» صحيح

[Machine] It is narrated by the Prophet ﷺ that he said, "Shaytan (Satan) said, 'O Lord, I will continue to deceive the offspring of Adam as long as their souls are in their bodies.' Then the Lord said, 'I will continue to forgive them as long as they seek forgiveness from Me.'"

ahmad:11237 –
