[Machine] "The farthest two men in companionship of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ were Abu Lubabah ibn Abd al-Mundhir and his family in Quba, and Abu Abs ibn Jabr with his residence in Bani Harithah. They used to pray the Asr prayer with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , and then they would go to their people who had not yet prayed, in order to hasten the Messenger of Allah ﷺ with them."

[Machine] I heard him say that no one was more eager for the Asr prayer than the Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , even if they were the farthest two men from the Ansar in distance from the Mosque of the Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , such as Abu Lubabah ibn Abdul-Mundhir, the brother of Bani Amr ibn Awf, and Abu 'Abs ibn Jabr, the brother of Bani Harithah. The house of Abu Lubabah was in Quba, and the house of Abu 'Abs ibn Jabr was in Bani Harithah. Then they used to pray Asr with the Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , and then go to their people, and they did not pray it earlier than the Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , did.

[Machine] "A part of the narration was omitted by Al-Dhahabi in his summary: There were two men who lived farthest from the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ . One was Abu Lubabah ibn Abdul-Mundhir and his family, who resided in Quba. The other was Abu Abs ibn Jabr, whose dwelling was in the Banu Harithah tribe. Both of them used to pray the Asr (afternoon) prayer with the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ , and then would go to their respective people and perform the prayer to hasten the arrival of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ with his prayer."

[Machine] I heard Anas ibn Malik say, "The furthest people from the Prophet ﷺ in terms of residence were two men from the Ansar: Abu Lubaba ibn Abdul Munzir, whose house was in Quba, and Abu Yahya in Bani Haritha. They used to pray Asr (afternoon prayer) with him and then go to their people without praying, in order to show their commitment to the Prophet's emphasizing the importance of praying Asr (on time)."
