[Machine] There was a conversation between me and 'Amr ibn Yasir, and I showed harshness towards him. So 'Amr went to complain about me to the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ . Then Khalid came and he also complained about me. Khalid kept intensifying the complaints against me without any increase except harshness. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ remained silent. 'Amr cried and said, "O Messenger of Allah, don't you see him?" The Prophet ﷺ raised his head and said, "Whoever harms 'Amr, Allah will harm him, and whoever dislikes 'Amr, Allah will dislike him." Khalid said, "So I left and there was nothing more beloved to me than the satisfaction of 'Amr, and I met him and he was satisfied." This is the hadith of Al-Awam ibn Al-Hawshab.
