No, by my father. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “Stop it! whoever swears by anything other than Allah has committed an act of shirk.ʿ (Using translation from Aḥmad 329)   

الحاكم:١٦٧ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ دُحَيْمٍ الشَّيْبَانِيُّ بِالْكُوفَةِ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حَازِمٍ بْنِ أَبِي غَرْزَةَ الْغِفَارِيِّ ثنا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُوسَى أَنْبَأَ إِسْرَائِيلُ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ مَسْرُوقٍ عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ عُبَيْدَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ قَالَ عُمَرُ لَا وَأَبِي فَقَالَ

رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «لَا تَحْلِفُوا بِآبَائِكُمْ مَنْ حَلَفَ بِشَيْءٍ دُونَ اللَّهِ فَقَدْ أَشْرَكَ»

ahmad:4703 – Yaḥyá > Sufyān > ʿAbdullāh b. Dīnār > Ibn ʿUmar > Kānat Quraysh Taḥlif Biābāʾihā

أحمد:٤٧٠٣ – حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى عَنْ سُفْيَانَ حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ دِينَارٍ سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عُمَرَ قَالَ كَانَتْ قُرَيْشٌ تَحْلِفُ بِآبَائِهَا فَقَالَ

رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَنْ كَانَ حَالِفًا فَلْيَحْلِفْ بِاللهِ لَا تَحْلِفُوا بِآبَائِكُمْ  

ذِكْرُ الزَّجْرِ عَنْ أَنْ يَحْلِفَ الْمَرْءُ بِشَيْءٍ سِوَى اللَّهِ جَلَّ وَعَلَا

ibnhibban:4358 – al-Ḥasan b. Sufyān

Ibn Umar heard a man swearing: No, I swear by the Ka'bah. Ibn Umar said to him: I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: He who swears by anyone but Allah is polytheist. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 3251)  

ابن حبّان:٤٣٥٨ – أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْجُعْفِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحِيمِ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ النَّخَعِيِّ عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ عُبَيْدَةَ قَالَ كُنْتُ عِنْدَ ابْنِ عُمَرَ فَحَلَفَ رَجُلٌ بِالْكَعْبَةِ فَقَالَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ وَيْحَكَ لَا تَفْعَلْ فَإِنِّي

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «مَنْ حَلَفَ بِغَيْرِ اللَّهِ فَقَدْ أَشْرَكَ»
