[Machine] Umar ibn al-Khattab used to say the takbeer (proclaiming the greatness of Allah) from the time of Fajr prayer on the day of Arafah until the Dhuhr prayer on the last days of Tashreeq.
كَانَ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ «يُكَبِّرُ بَعْدَ صَلَاةِ الْفَجْرِ مِنْ يَوْمِ عَرَفَةَ إِلَى صَلَاةِ الظُّهْرِ مِنْ آخِرِ أَيَّامِ التَّشْرِيقِ»
[Machine] Ibn Masood came to us and he used to say, "The Prophet ﷺ would prolong the prayer of Fajr (dawn prayer) on the day of Arafah (the ninth day of the Islamic month of Dhul-Hijjah) until the prayer of Asr (afternoon prayer) on the last days of Tashreeq."
قَدِمَ عَلَيْنَا ابْنُ مَسْعُودٍ فَكَانَ «يُكَبِّرُ مِنْ صَلَاةِ الصُّبْحِ يَوْمَ عَرَفَةَ إِلَى صَلَاةِ الْعَصْرِ مِنْ آخِرِ أَيَّامِ التَّشْرِيقِ»
[Machine] He used to perform the Takbeer (saying "Allahu akbar") starting from the Dhuhr prayer on the day of Sacrifice (Eid al-Adha) until the Fajr prayer on the last days of Tashreeq.
أَنَّهُ كَانَ يُكَبِّرُ مِنْ صَلَاةِ الظُّهْرِ يَوْمَ النَّحْرِ إِلَى صَلَاةِ الْفَجْرِ مِنْ آخِرِ أَيَّامِ التَّشْرِيقِ
"عَنْ عبيد بن عمير قال: كَانَ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ يُكَبَّرُ بَعْدَ صَلَاةِ الْفَجْرِ يَوْمَ عَرَفَةَ إِلَى صَلَاةِ الظُّهرِ مِنْ آخِرِ أَيَّامِ التَّشْرِيقِ".
"عَنْ عبيد بن عمير أن عمر بن الخطاب كَانَ يُكَبِّرُ مِنْ صَلَاةِ الصُّبْحِ يَوْمَ عَرَفَةَ إِلَى آخِرِ أَيَّامِ التَّشْرِيقِ".
"عَنْ عَلِىٍّ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ الله ﷺ : يَا عَلِيُّ كَبِّرْ فِي دُبُرِ صَلَاةِ الْفَجْرِ مِنْ يَوْمِ عَرَفَةَ إِلَى آخِرِ أَيَّامِ التَّشْرِيقِ، صَلَاةِ الْعَصْرِ".
"يَا عَلِىُّ: كَبِّر في دُبُرِ صَلاَةِ الفَجرِ مِنْ يَوْمِ عَرَفَةَ إِلى آخرِ أيَّامِ التَّشْريقِ، صَلاَةِ العَصْرِ".
