34.103 The fat of the dead animal should not be sold
٣٤۔١٠٣ باب لاَ يُذَابُ شَحْمُ الْمَيْتَةِ وَلاَ يُبَاعُ وَدَكُهُ
[Machine] Narrated by Jabir from the Prophet ﷺ.
رَوَاهُ جَابِرٌ ؓ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ.
34. Sales and Trade
٣٤۔ كتاب البيوع
Once ʿUmar was informed that a certain man sold alcohol. ʿUmar said, "May Allah curse him! Doesn't he know that Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, 'May Allah curse the Jews, for Allah had forbidden them to eat the fat of animals but they melted it and sold it."
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ قَاتَلَ اللَّهُ الْيَهُودَ حُرِّمَتْ عَلَيْهِمُ الشُّحُومُ فَجَمَلُوهَا فَبَاعُوهَا
Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "May Allah curse the Jews, because Allah made fat illegal for them but they sold it and ate its price. "
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ قَاتَلَ اللَّهُ يَهُودًا حُرِّمَتْ عَلَيْهِمُ الشُّحُومُ فَبَاعُوهَا وَأَكَلُوا أَثْمَانَهَا قَالَ أَبُو عَبْد اللَّهِ قَاتَلَهُمْ اللَّهُ لَعَنَهُمْ قُتِلَ لُعِنَ الْخَرَّاصُونَ الْكَذَّابُونَ
