Making dua with certainty and presence of heart

bazzar:9420ʿAbd al-Wāḥid b. Ghiyāth > Ṣāliḥ b. Bishr al-Murrī > Hishām > Muḥammad > Abū Hurayrah

from the Prophet ﷺ, he said: "Call upon Allah while you are certain of being answered, and know that Allah does not accept a supplication from a heedless, distracted heart."

We do not know this hadith to have been narrated from the Prophet ﷺ except by Abu Hurayrah ؓ through this chain of transmission, and we do not know anyone who narrated it from Hisham except Salih al-Murri. He was one of the devoted worshippers, and in our view his worship would distract him from preserving hadith.
