قَالَ قَالَ رَسُول اللهِ ﷺ من ابتغى القضاء وسأل عليه الشفعاء وكل إلى نفسه وَمَنْ أكره عليه أنزل الله عز وجل عليه ملكا يسدده وَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ لا نَعْلَمُ يُرْوَى عَن أَنَس إِلا مِنْ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ ولاَ عَن غَيْرِ أنس يحفظه عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ بهذا اللفظ وقد روى هذا الحديث إسرائيل عَن عَبد الأعلى عن بلال بن مرداس عَن أَنَس ولم يقل عن خيثمة
"Whoever seeks to be a judge, and asks others to intercede for him with it, then he will be left on his own. And whoever is coerced into it, Allah sends an angel down to him so that he can be correct." (Daif)
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ مَنِ ابْتَغَى الْقَضَاءَ وَسَأَلَ فِيهِ شُفَعَاءَ وُكِلَ إِلَى نَفْسِهِ وَمَنْ أُكْرِهَ عَلَيْهِ أَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ مَلَكًا يُسَدِّدُهُ
[AI] The Prophet ﷺ said: "Whoever seeks justice and seeks intercession for it, it is entrusted to himself. And whoever is forced to it, Allah sends down an angel to guide him." Abu `Isa At-Tirmidhi said, according to what I have heard, this is a good and strange hadith, and it is more authentic than the hadith of Israel from Abdullah Ibn Athla.
