[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "A man from the people of Paradise will be brought on the Day of Judgment, and Allah will ask him, 'O son of Adam, how did you find your dwelling?' He will reply, 'O Lord, it is the best dwelling.' Allah will say to him, 'Ask and wish for your desire.' He will say, 'I do not ask and wish for anything except to be returned to the world so that I can be killed again due to what I witnessed from the virtue of martyrdom.' Then a man from the people of Hellfire will be brought and Allah will ask him, 'O son of Adam, how did you find your dwelling?' He will reply, 'O Lord, it is the worst dwelling.' Allah will say to him, 'Do you want to ransom it with the whole world filled with gold?' He will say, 'Yes, O Lord.' Allah will say, 'You are a liar! I asked you for less than that, why didn't you do it?' So he will be returned to the Fire."

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ يُؤْتَى بِرَجُلٍ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْجَنَّةِ فَيَقُولُ اللهُ يَا ابْنَ آدَمَ كَيْفَ وَجَدْتَ مَنْزِلَكَ؟ فَيَقُولُ أَيْ رَبِّ خَيْرَ مَنْزِلٍ فَيَقُولُ لَهُ سَلْ وَتَمَنَّهْ فَيَقُولُ مَا أَسْأَلُ وَأَتَمَنَّى إِلَّا أَنْ تَرُدَّنِي إِلَى الدُّنْيَا فَأُقْتَلَ لِمَا رَأَى مِنْ فَضْلِ الشَّهَادَةِ قَالَ ثُمَّ يُؤْتَى بِرَجُلٍ مِنْ أَهْلِ النَّارِ فَيَقُولُ لَهُ يَا ابْنَ آدَمَ كَيْفَ وَجَدْتَ مَنْزِلَكَ فَيَقُولُ أَيْ رَبِّ شَرَّ مَنْزِلٍ فَيَقُولُ أَتَفْتَدِي مِنْهُ بِطِلَاعِ الْأَرْضِ ذَهَبًا؟ فَيَقُولُ نَعَمْ أَيْ رَبِّ فَيَقُولُ كَذَبْتَ قَدْ سَأَلْتُكَ مَا هُوَ أَقُلُّ مِنْ ذَا؟ فَلَمْ تَفْعَلْ فَيُرَدُّ إِلَى النَّارِ

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "A man from the people of Jannah will be brought forward and will be asked, 'O son of Adam, how did you find your abode?' He will reply, 'O Lord, it is the best abode.' He will be asked, 'Ask and wish for anything.' He will reply, 'I do not ask or wish for anything except that You send me back to the world so that I may be killed in Your cause ten times, because of what I see from the blessings of martyrdom.' Then, a man from the people of Hellfire will be brought forward and will be asked, 'O son of Adam, how did you find your abode?' He will reply, 'O Lord, it is the worst abode.' He will be asked, 'Did you ever experience even a single moment of pleasure in the world?' He will reply, 'O Lord, no.' And then Allah will say, 'Indeed, you lied. You have been asked about something even simpler than that, and you did not answer truthfully.' So he will be sent back to the Fire."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يُؤْتَى بِالرَّجُلِ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْجَنَّةِ فَيَقُولُ لَهُ يَا ابْنَ آدَمَ كَيْفَ وَجَدْتَ مَنْزِلَكَ؟ فَيَقُولُ أَيْ رَبِّ خَيْرُ مَنْزِلٍ فَيَقُولُ سَلْ وَتَمَنَّ فَيَقُولُ مَا أَسْأَلُ وَأَتَمَنَّى إِلَّا أَنْ تَرُدَّنِي إِلَى الدُّنْيَا فَأُقْتَلَ فِي سَبِيلِكَ عَشْرَ مَرَّاتٍ لِمَا يَرَى مِنْ فَضْلِ الشَّهَادَةِ وَيُؤْتَى بِالرَّجُلِ مِنْ أَهْلِ النَّارِ فَيَقُولُ لَهُ يَا ابْنَ آدَمَ كَيْفَ وَجَدْتَ مَنْزِلَكَ؟ فَيَقُولُ أَيْ رَبِّ شَرُّ مَنْزِلٍ فَيَقُولُ لَهُ أَتَفْتَدِي مِنْهُ بِطِلَاعِ الْأَرْضِ ذَهَبًا؟ فَيَقُولُ أَيْ رَبِّ نَعَمْ فَيَقُولُ كَذَبْتَ قَدْ سَأَلْتُكَ أَقَلَّ مِنْ ذَلِكَ وَأَيْسَرَ فَلَمْ تَفْعَلْ فَيُرَدُّ إِلَى النَّارِ

The man will say, 'O Lord, it is the best dwelling place.' Allah will say, 'Ask and wish for more.' The man will say, 'I ask You to return me to the world so that I may be killed in Your cause ten times for what I have seen of the virtue of martyrdom.' He said, 'Then a man from the people of Hellfire will be brought forward and Allah will say to him, 'O son of Adam, how did you find your dwelling place?' The man will say, 'O Lord, it is the worst dwelling place.' Allah will say, 'Did you not seek deliverance from it by any means possible, even if it was by giving away the entire world?' The man will say, 'Yes.' Allah will say, 'You lied. I asked you for something less significant than that, and you did not do it.'

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ يُؤْتَى بِالرَّجُلِ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْجَنَّةِ فَيَقُولُ اللَّهُ لَهُ يَا ابْنَ آدَمَ كَيْفَ وَجَدْتَ مَنْزِلَكَ؟ فَيَقُولُ أَيْ رَبِّ خَيْرَ مَنْزِلٍ فَيَقُولُ سَلْ وَتَمَنَّ فَيَقُولُ مَا أَسْأَلُكَ وَأَتَمَنَّى؟ أَسْأَلُكَ أَنْ تَرُدَّنِيَ إِلَى الدُّنْيَا فَأُقْتَلَ فِي سَبِيلِكِ عَشْرَ مَرَّاتٍ لِمَا رَأَى مِنْ فَضْلِ الشَّهَادَةِ قَالَ وَيُؤْتَى بِالرَّجُلِ مِنْ أَهْلِ النَّارِ فَيَقُولُ اللَّهُ يَا ابْنَ آدَمَ كَيْفَ وَجَدْتَ مَنْزِلَكَ؟ فَيَقُولُ أَيْ رَبِّ شَرَّ مَنْزِلٍ فَيَقُولُ الرَّبُّ ﷻ فَتَفْتَدِي مِنْهُ بِطِلَاعِ الْأَرْضِ ذَهَبًا؟ فَيَقُولُ نَعَمْ فَيَقُولُ «كَذَبْتَ قَدْ سَأَلْتُكَ دُونَ ذَلِكَ فَلَمْ تَفْعَلْ»

"يُؤْتَى بِالرَّجُلِ يَوْمَ القِيَامَةِ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْجَنَّةِ فَيَقُولُ لَهُ: يَا بْنَ آدَمَ: كَيْفَ وَجَدْتَ مَنْزِلَكَ؟ فَيَقُولُ: أَى رَبِّ، خَيْرَ مَنْزِلٍ، فَيَقُولُ: سَلْ وَتَمَنَّى، فَيَقُولُ: يَارَبِّ: مَا أَسْألُ ولا أَتَمَنَّى إلَّا أَنْ تَرُدَّنِى إلى الدُّنْيَا فأُقْتَلَ فِى سَبِيلِكَ عَشْرَ مِرارٍ، لِمَا يَرَى مِنْ فَضْلِ الشَّهَادَة، ويُؤتَى بِالرَّجُلِ مِنْ أَهْل النَّارِ فَيَقُولُ لَهُ: يَا بْنَ آدَمَ: كَيْفَ وَجَدْتَ مَنْزِلَكَ؟ فَيَقُولُ: إى رَبِّ شَرَّ مَنزِلٍ، فَيَقُولُ لَهُ: أَتَفْتَدِى مِنْهُ بِطِلاعِ الأَرْضِ ذَهبًا؟ فَيَقُولُ: إى ربِّ نَعَم، فَيَقُولُ: كَذَبْتَ، قَدْ سَأَلتُكَ أَقَلَّ مِن ذَلِكَ وَأَيْسَرَ فَلَم تَفْعَلْ، فَيُرَدُّ إِلَى النَّارِ".
