البزّار:١٢٤٥ – حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الْكِنْدِيُّ قَالَ نا أَبُو خَالِدٍ يَعْنِي سُلَيْمَانَ بْنَ حَيَّانَ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ قَيْسٍ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ صِلَةَ قَالَ كُنَّا عِنْدَ عَمَّارٍ

يَعْنِي فِي الْيَوْمِ الَّذِي يَشُكُّ فِيهِ مِنْ رَمَضَانَ فَأَتَى بِشَاةٍ مَصْلِيَّةٍ فَقَالَ كُلُوا فَتَنَحَّى بَعْضُ الْقَوْمِ وَقَالَ إِنِّي صَائِمٌ فَقَالَ عَمَّارٌ مَنْ صَامَ الْيَوْمَ الَّذِي يَشُكُّ فِيهِ فَقَدْ عَصَى أَبَا الْقَاسِمِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ لَا نَعْلَمُ رَوَاهُ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ قَيْسٍ إِلَّا أَبُو خَالِدٍ

"We were with 'Ammar and a roast sheep was brought and he said: 'Eat.' One of the people turned away and said: 'I am fasting 'Ammar said: Whoever fasts on the day concerning which there is doubt, has disobeyed Abu Al-Qasim."' '

النسائي:٢١٨٨ – أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الأَشَجُّ عَنْ أَبِي خَالِدٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ قَيْسٍ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ صِلَةَ قَالَ

Prohibition to eat on the day of doubt (whether the crescent moon could be sighted)

We were with Ammar b. Yasir when a roasted sheep was brought and he said: "Eat." Someone among the people said: "I am fasting." So Ammar said: "Whoever fasts on a day in which there is doubt, then he has disobeyed Abu al-Qasim ﷺ."

قَالَ وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ وَأَنَسٍ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى حَدِيثُ عَمَّارٍ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ وَالْعَمَلُ عَلَى هَذَا عِنْدَ أَكْثَرِ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ وَمَنْ بَعْدَهُمْ مِنَ التَّابِعِينَ وَبِهِ يَقُولُ سُفْيَانُ الثَّوْرِيُّ وَمَالِكُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ وَعَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ وَالشَّافِعِيُّ وَأَحْمَدُ وَإِسْحَاقُ كَرِهُوا أَنْ يَصُومَ الرَّجُلُ الْيَوْمَ الَّذِي يُشَكُّ فِيهِ وَرَأَى أَكْثَرُهُمْ إِنْ صَامَهُ فَكَانَ مِنْ شَهْرِ رَمَضَانَ أَنْ يَقْضِيَ يَوْمًا مَكَانَهُ
