"Our companions narrated to us that Abu 'Ubaidah said: 'Fasting is a shield, so long as you do not damage it."'

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ الْعَجْوَةُ وَالصَّخْرَةُ مِنَ الْجَنَّةِ
