البيهقي:٨٣١٥ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْقَاضِي وَأَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو قَالَا ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ ثنا رَوْحٌ ح وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو طَاهِرٍ الْفَقِيهُ أنبأ أَبُو حَامِدٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى بْنِ بِلَالٍ الْبَزَّازُ ثنا أَبُو الْأَزْهَرِ ثنا رَوْحُ بْنُ عُبَادَةَ ثنا زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ ثنا عَمْرُو بْنُ دِينَارٍ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ يَقْرَأُ وَعَلَى الَّذِينَ يُطَوَّقُونَهُ فِدْيَةٌ طَعَامُ مِسْكِينٍ فَقَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ لَيْسَتْ مَنْسُوخَةً هُوَ الشَّيْخُ الْكَبِيرُ وَالْمَرْأَةُ الْكَبِيرَةُ لَا يَسْتَطِيعَانِ

أَنْ يَصُومَا فَيُطْعِمَا مَكَانَ كُلِّ يَوْمٍ مِسْكِينًا لَفْظُ حَدِيثِ الصَّنْعَانِيِّ

رَوَاهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ فِي الصَّحِيحِ عَنْ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ مَنْصُورٍ عَنْ رَوْحٍ
