[Machine] "I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, 'Fasting is a shield as long as it is not break by backbiting.'" Abu Muhammad said, "He means by backbiting."  

الدارمي:١٧٧٣ – أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَوْنٍ حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ وَاصِلٍ مَوْلَى أَبِي عُيَيْنَةَ عَنْ بَشَّارِ بْنِ أَبِي سَيْفٍ عَنْ الْوَلِيدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ عِيَاضِ بْنِ غُطَيْفٍ عَنْ أَبِي عُبَيْدَةَ بْنِ الْجَرَّاحِ قَالَ

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «الصَّوْمُ جُنَّةٌ مَا لَمْ يَخْرِقْهَا» قَالَ أَبُو مُحَمَّد «يَعْنِي بِالْغِيبَةِ»
