I asked Anas how I should turn-to the right or to the left-when I say my prayers. He said: I have very often seen the Messenger of Allah ﷺ turning to the right.

سَأَلْتُ أَنَسًا كَيْفَ أَنْصَرِفُ إِذَا صَلَّيْتُ عَنْ يَمِينِي أَوْ عَنْ يَسَارِي قَالَ أَمَّا أَنَا فَأَكْثَرُ مَا رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَنْصَرِفُ عَنْ يَمِينِهِ

"I asked Anas bin Malik: 'How should I leave after I have prayed- to the right or to the left?' He said: 'I usually saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ leave to the right.'

أَمَّا أَنَا فَأَكْثَرُ مَا رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَنْصَرِفُ عَنْ يَمِينِهِ

[AI] "I saw the Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , turning away from his right."

رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَنْصَرِفُ عَنْ يَمِينِهِ

Yahya related to me from Malik from Abu'n-Nadr, the mawla of Umar ibn Ubaydullah, from Sulayman ibn Yasar that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade fasting on the days of Mina.

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ نَهَى عَنْ صِيَامِ أَيَّامِ مِنًى

Malik related to me from Abu'r-Rijal Muhammad ibn Abd ar-Rahman from his mother Amra bint Abd ar-Rahman that she informed him that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Do not withhold the surplus water of a well from people."

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ لاَ يُمْنَعُ نَقْعُ بِئْرٍ

Malik related to me from Nafi from Ibn Umar that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Fever is from the vehemence of the heat of Jahannam, so put it out with water."

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ الْحُمَّى مِنْ فَيْحِ جَهَنَّمَ فَأَطْفِئُوهَا بِالْمَاءِ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قال المؤمن لا يلدغ من جحر مَرَّتَيْنِ

"I asked Anas bin Malik: 'How should I leave after I have prayed- to the right or to the left?' He said: 'I usually saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ leave to the right.' (Using translation from Nasāʾī 1359)

أَمَّا أَنَا فَأَكْثَرُ «مَا رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَنْصَرِفُ عَنْ يَمِينِهِ»

[AI] "That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, 'Water is from water.'"

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ الْمَاءُ مِنَ الْمَاءِ

[AI] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, "Indeed, the example of this is like that of one who prays while his hands are tied." This hadith was narrated by Muslim in his Sahih from 'Amr bin Sawwad from Ibn Wahb.

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ إِنَّمَا مَثَلُ هَذَا مَثَلُ الَّذِي يُصَلِّي وَهُوَ مَكْتُوفٌ وَرَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ فِي الصَّحِيحِ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ سَوَّادٍ عَنِ ابْنِ وَهْبٍ

[AI] That the Prophet ﷺ prohibited the sale of fruits using credit for a period of time.

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ الثَّمَرِ سِنِينَ

[AI] "That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, 'A sick person should not enter upon a healthy person.'"

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ لَا يُورِدُ مُمْرِضٌ عَلَى مُصِحٍّ

[AI] No, but the Messenger of Allah ﷺ gave me permission in the desert.

لَا وَلَكِنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ أَذِنَ لِي فِي الْبَدْوِ

[AI] The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said, "A believer is not stung twice from the same hole."

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ لَا يُلْدَغُ مُؤْمِنٌ مِنْ جُحْرٍ مَرَّتَيْنِ
