[Machine] He heard Ta'us saying, "We asked Ibn Abbas about performing the Iqa' on both feet, and he said it is a Sunnah." We said, "But we see that as something harsh when a person does it." He replied, "No, it is the Sunnah of your Prophet Muhammad ﷺ."  

البيهقي:٢٧٣٢ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو صَالِحِ بْنُ أَبِي طَاهِرٍ الْعَنْبَرِيُّ أنبأ جَدِّي يَحْيَى بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ الْقَاضِي ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ثنا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ أنبأ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ أنبأ ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ

"We asked Ibn Abbas about squatting (sitting) on the heels. He said: 'It is the Sunnah.' We said: 'We think that it is difficult for a man.' He said: 'Rather, it is Sunnah of your Prophet.'"
