البيهقي:١٧٥١٣ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ أنبأ الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ أنبأ الشَّافِعِيُّ أنبأ سُفْيَانُ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنِ السَّائِبِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ خَرَجَ فَصَلَّى عَلَى جِنَازَةٍ فَسَمِعَهُ السَّائِبُ يَقُولُ إِنِّي وَجَدْتُ مِنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ وَأَصْحَابِهِ رِيحَ شَرَابٍ وَأَنَا سَائِلٌ عَمَّا شَرِبُوا فَإِنْ كَانَ مُسْكِرًا حَدَدْتُهُمْ قَالَ سُفْيَانُ فَأَخْبَرَنِي مَعْمَرٌ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنِ السَّائِبِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ

أَنَّهُ حَضَرَهُ يَحُدُّهُمْ
