[Machine] That the daughter of Hamza freed a servant boy and then she died, leaving behind her daughter and Hamza's daughter. It is claimed that the Prophet ﷺ distributed half to her and half to her daughter.
أَنَّ ابْنَةَ حَمْزَةَ أَعْتَقَتْ غُلَامًا لَهَا فَتُوُفِّيَ وَتَرَكَ ابْنَتَهُ وَابْنَةَ حَمْزَةَ فَزَعَمَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَسَمَ لَهَا النِّصْفَ وَلِابْنَتِهِ النِّصْفَ
[Machine] That the daughter of Hamza freed a slave owned by her, but he died and left behind his daughter and his slave woman, the daughter of Hamza. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ then divided his inheritance between his daughter and the daughter of Hamza equally into two parts.
أَنَّ ابْنَةَ حَمْزَةَ أَعْتَقَتْ عَبْدًا لَهَا فَمَاتَ وَتَرَكَ ابْنَتَهُ وَمَوْلَاتَهُ بِنْتَ حَمْزَةَ «فَقَسَمَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ مِيرَاثَهُ بَيْنَ ابْنَتِهِ وَمَوْلَاتِهِ بِنْتِ حَمْزَةَ نِصْفَيْنِ»
[Machine] "It freed its slave, then he died and left his daughter and his female slave as inheritance to his daughter. She inherited half, and Hamza's daughter inherited half."
«أَنَّهَا أَعْتَقَتْ مَمْلُوكًا لَهَا فَمَاتَ وَتَرَكَ ابْنَتَهُ وَمَوْلَاتَهُ بِنْتَ حَمْزَةَ فَوَرِثَتْهُ بِنْتَهُ النِّصْفَ وَبِنْتَ حَمْزَةَ النِّصْفَ»
[Machine] The daughter of Hamza died, leaving behind her daughter and Hamza's daughter. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ divided the wealth equally between them, in half.
«أَنَّ ابْنَةَ حَمْزَةَ مَاتَ مَوْلَاهَا وَتَرَكَ ابْنَتَهُ وَابْنَةَ حَمْزَةَ فَقَسَمَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ الْمَالَ بَيْنَهُمَا نِصْفَيْنِ»
[Machine] "That the daughter of Hamza freed a slave boy, and he died, leaving a daughter. So the Prophet ﷺ gave half to the daughter of Hamza and half to his own daughter."
«أَنَّ ابْنَةَ حَمْزَةَ أَعْتَقَتْ غُلَامًا فَمَاتَ وَتَرَكَ ابْنَةً لَهُ فَأَعْطَى النَّبِيُّ ﷺ ابْنَةَ حَمْزَةَ النِّصْفَ وَابْنَتَهُ النِّصْفَ»
[Machine] "The daughter of Hamza emancipated a slave boy, and he died, leaving behind a daughter. So the daughter of Hamza took half, and his daughter also took half under the guardianship of the Prophet Allah's Messenger ﷺ ."
«أَعْتَقَتِ ابْنَةُ حَمْزَةَ غُلَامًا فَمَاتَ وَتَرَكَ ابْنَةً فَأَخَذَتْ بِنْتُ حَمْزَةَ النِّصْفَ وَابْنَتُهُ النِّصْفَ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ»
[Machine] "A woman named Hamza's daughter emancipated a boy as a servant for herself during the lifetime of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ . She then passed away, leaving behind a daughter. The Prophet ﷺ gave half of Hamza's daughter to her, and gave the other half to his daughter."
«أَعْتَقَتْ بِنْتُ حَمْزَةَ غُلَامًا لَهَا عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَمَاتَ وَتَرَكَ ابْنَةً فَأَعْطَى النَّبِيُّ ﷺ ابْنَةَ حَمْزَةَ النِّصْفَ وَأَعْطَى ابْنَتَهُ النِّصْفَ»
[Machine] "That the master of the daughter of Hamza died and left behind his daughter and the daughter of Hamza, so the Prophet ﷺ gave his daughter half and the daughter of Hamza half."
«أَنَّ مَوْلًى لَابْنَةِ حَمْزَةَ مَاتَ وَتَرَكَ ابْنَتَهُ وَبِنْتَ حَمْزَةَ فَأَعْطَى النَّبِيُّ ﷺ ابْنَتَهُ النِّصْفَ وَابْنَةَ حَمْزَةَ النِّصْفَ»
