the Prophet said: "Merely maintaining the ties of kinship is not adequate. But connecting the ties of kinship is when his ties to the womb are severed and he connects it." (Using translation from Tirmidhī 1908)

(Sufyan said : The version of the narrator Sulaiman does not go back to The Prophet ﷺ . Fitr and al-Hasan reported from him ) : The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said : One who compensates is not a man who unites relationship : but the man who unites relationship is the one who joins it when the relationship is cut off.

[Machine] "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, 'Indeed, the womb is connected to the Divine Throne, and the one who maintains family ties is not the one who reciprocates, but rather it is the one who maintains ties even when they are severed.'"

[Machine] The Messenger of Allahﷺ said: "Verily, the womb (kinship) is suspended by the Throne, and the one who maintains relations is not the one who reciprocates, but rather, the one whose kinship is severed by their relative and still maintains it." He said: "The one who maintains relations."
