“Whoever suffers from killing or wounding, has the choice of three things, and if he wants the fourth then restrain him. He may kill (the killer), or forgive him, or take the blood money. Whoever accepts any of these (options), then kills (the killer) after that will have the fire of hell to abide therein forever.”  

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ مَنْ أُصِيبَ بِدَمٍ أَوْ خَبْلٍ وَالْخَبْلُ الْجُرْحُ فَهُوَ بِالْخِيَارِ بَيْنَ إِحْدَى ثَلاَثٍ فَإِنْ أَرَادَ الرَّابِعَةَ فَخُذُوا عَلَى يَدَيْهِ أَنْ يَقْتُلَ أَوْ يَعْفُوَ أَوْ يَأْخُذَ الدِّيَةَ فَمَنْ فَعَلَ شَيْئًا مِنْ ذَلِكَ فَعَادَ فَإِنَّ لَهُ نَارَ جَهَنَّمَ خَالِدًا مُخَلَّدًا فِيهَا أَبَدًا  

[Machine] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, "Whoever is afflicted with a wound or a boil, and the boil is a kind of wound, then he has three options. If he wishes for a fourth option, then you should take hold of his hands between whether he seeks retribution, or forgives, or takes compensation. If he takes anything from that and then goes beyond that, then the Fire is for him, he will abide therein forever."  

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «مَنْ أُصِيبَ بِدَمٍ أَوْ خَبْلٍ وَالْخَبْلُ الْجُرْحُ فَهُوَ بِالْخِيَارِ بَيْنَ إِحْدَى ثَلَاثٍ فَإِنْ أَرَادَ الرَّابِعَةَ فَخُذُوا عَلَى يَدَيْهِ بَيْنَ أَنْ يَقْتَصَّ أَوْ يَعْفُوَ أَوْ يَأْخُذَ الْعَقْلَ فَإِنْ أَخَذَ مِنْ ذَلِكَ شَيْئًا ثُمَّ عَدَا بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ فَلَهُ النَّارُ خَالِدًا فِيهَا مُخَلَّدًا»  

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Whoever is afflicted with blood or madness, and madness is a wound, then he has three options. If he wants a fourth option, then you should bound his hands and kill him, or forgive him, or take the blood money. Whoever does anything of that, then he has returned to it, and for him is the eternal Hellfire."  

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَنْ أُصِيبَ بِدَمٍ أَوْ خَبْلٍ وَالْخَبْلُ الْجُرْحُ فَهُوَ بِالْخِيَارِ بَيْنَ إِحْدَى ثَلَاثٍ فَإِنْ أَرَادَ الرَّابِعَةَ فَخُذُوا عَلَى يَدَيْهِ أَنْ يَقْتُلَ أَنْ يَعْفُوَ أَوْ يَأْخُذَ الدِّيَةَ فَمَنْ فَعَلَ شَيْئًا مِنْ ذَلِكَ فَعَادَ فِيهِ فَإِنَّ لَهُ نَارَ جَهَنَّمَ خَالِدًا مُخَلَّدًا فِيهَا أَبَدًا  

[Machine] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, "Whoever is afflicted with bloodshed or insanity, his companion has three choices: either to let him pass away, or forgive him, or take his mental faculties. If he chooses the fourth option, then detain him by force. If he chooses something from that, then goes back to the fourth option, then he will be in the Fire, abiding eternally therein."  

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ مَنْ أُصِيبَ بِدَمٍ أَوْ خَبْلٍ فَصَاحِبُهُ بِالْخِيَارِ بَيْنَ إِحْدَى ثَلَاثٍ إِمَّا أَنْ يَقْبِضَ أَوْ يَعْفُوَ أَوْ يَأْخُذَ الْعَقْلَ فَإِنْ أَرَادَ الرَّابِعَةَ فَخُذُوا عَلَى يَدَيْهِ فَإِنِ اخْتَارَ شَيْئًا مِنْ ذَلِكَ ثُمَّ عَدَا إِلَى الرَّابِعَةِ فَهُوَ فِي النَّارِ خَالِدًا مُخَلَّدًا فِيهَا  

[Machine] I heard the Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , say: "Whoever is affected by blood or madness, they are in one of three states. If they wish for a fourth state, then take hold of their hands between whether they grasp, pardon, or become insane. If they take hold of one and then exceed after that, then they will have the fire as their everlasting abode."  

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ مَنْ أُصِيبَ بِدَمٍ أَوْ خَبْلٍ فَهُوَ بَيْنَ إِحْدَى ثَلَاثٍ فَإِنْ أَرَادَ الرَّابِعَةَ فَخُذُوا عَلَى يَدَيْهِ بَيْنَ أَنْ يَقْبِضَ أَوْ يَعْفُوَ أَوْ يَأْخُذَ الْعَقْلَ فَإِنْ أَخَذَ وَاحِدَةً ثُمَّ تَعَدَّى بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ فَلَهُ النَّارُ خَالِدًا مُخَلَّدًا فِيهَا أَبَدًا  

[Machine] I heard the Prophet of Allah ﷺ say, "Whoever is afflicted with bloodshed or insanity has three options: if he desires a fourth option, then take hold of his hands, either to seek retribution or to pardon and take his compensation. If he accepts anything from that, but returns to it afterwards, then he will have the Fire."  

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ مَنْ أُصِيبَ بِدَمٍ أَوْ خَبْلٍ فَهُوَ بِالْخِيَارِ بَيْنَ إِحْدَى ثَلَاثٍ فَإِنْ أَرَادَ الرَّابِعَةَ فَخُذُوا عَلَى يَدَيْهِ بَيْنَ أَنْ يَقْتَصَّ أَوْ يَعْفُوَ وَيَأْخُذَ الْعَقْلَ فَإِنْ قَبِلَ مِنْ ذَلِكَ شَيْئًا ثُمَّ عَدَا بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ فَإِنَّ لَهُ النَّارَ  

"مَنْ طَلَبَ دَمًا أَوْ خَبْلًا، وَالْخَبْلُ الْجُرْحُ، فَهُوَ بِالْخِيَارِ مِنْ ثَلاثِ خِلالٍ، فَإِنْ أَرَادَ الرَّابعَةَ أُخِذَ عَلَى يَدَيهِ، بَينَ أَن يَقْتَصَّ أَوْ يَعْفُوَ أَوْ يَأخُذَ الْعَينَ، فَإِنْ أَخَذَ مِنْهُنَّ وَاحِدَةً ثُمَّ اعْتَدَى بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ، فَلَهُ النَّارُ خَالِدًا فِيهَا مُخَلَّدًا".  

"مَنْ أُصيبَ بدَمٍ أَوْ خَبَلٍ فَهُوَ بِالْخِيارِ بَينَ إِحْدِى ثَلاث: إِمَّا أَنْ يَقْتَصَّ، أَوْ يَأْخُذَ الْعَقْلَ، أَو الْعَفْوَ، فَإِنْ أَرَادَ الرَّابَعةَ فَخُذُوا عَلَى يَدَيه، فَإِنْ فَعلَ شَيئًا مِن ذَلِك ثُمْ عَدَا بَعْدُ فَقتلَ فَلَه النَّارُ خَالِدًا فيها مُخَلَّدًا أَبَدًا.
